  The roast beef was disgusting and a little green on the edge where it was cut. It wasn't shredded like it usually is. It was just meat folded and folded. The large fries was half full. Atleast the drink was good.

  Any time I try to order from Uber it tells me their sold out of any and all roast beef sandwiches. That's kinda yalls thing, how do you NEVER have any roast beef sandwiches available?! It's been like this for over a year now.

  My wife and I drove to get a few sandwiches from Arby's the other night. We hadn't eaten all day or from Arby's in quite awhile.... so we were really hungry and ready to get back to the house to eat with our daughter. The drive thru process was pretty routine and easy. Once we returned home and sat down to eat, that's when the disappointment kicked in. We were expecting a fluffy sandwich with multiple pieces of roast beef piled. on each sandwich. However, each sandwich contained 2 thick slices of beef roast beef. When did they start cutting the roast beef so thick? I was not only frustrated with this and but disappointed too. I called the store.... I should have known better because no one answered! The more we ate and discussed it, the more irritating it became. I mean a fast food restaurant with the meals was right at $40 and done like this. Even now while writing this.... I'm becoming irritated. Was the "meat slicer" broken or were the employees just lazy? But even if it was not working properly.... how about some communication!! Very disappointing with the entire experience! And to those who want a laugh.... check out the pictures of the sandwiches!

  We asked for NO sauce. They did it anyway. THE COST IS RIDICULOUS $18.AND CHANGE FOR 2 BEEF N CHEDDAR AND 1 SMALL DRINK
