  Absolutely terrible. Has got to be the worst sonic on the planet. Ordered from the app 10 minutes before arrival. Waited an additional 15 minutes after arriving...for two drinks..a water and an iced tea. Both drinks taste and smelled like they were made from sewer water. Both drinks were in the trash can before even leaving the location. Absolutely terrible and will not return.

  Sonic in Merkel, Tx is the only place where you can order ahead of time and still wait 40-60 mins. Whoever is in charge here needs a pay raise for how inefficient they manage to run this place. It takes a special type of skill to be this bad.

  The absolute most disgusting sonic, rude employees and they do not honor their own pricing or menu online. If I order 2 meals I definitely get more than 3 tiny sauces yet I was told 3 sauces per car. Get a grip….

  **update the pwner reached out and pretty much told me i was wrong he has cameras everywhere and theres nothing he can do about it 🤣 poor customer service. If i could give it all zero stars I would i mean what can you really expect of a fast food place anyways but I went there ordered and they gave me a double patty i ordered a triple patty the meat was raw the chicken was stale and the 4 7 dollar deals all tasted old very bad experience and the ive went back and forth with managers and it has gotten no where they want me to bring the food and ticket up there before they can help how crazy!
