  I missed Whataburger breakfast so I decided to drive to the Mercedes location from La Feria. Y’all let me down. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was supposed to come with the cheese sauce onion tomato jalapeño. I ordered extra cheese sauce on the side and I didn’t get that. I didn’t even get it in the burrito. I told the kid that I wanted my meal to be large, but they only gave me a medium tater tot and a large drink. They took about 20 minutes to get my order out. Then when I did get the cheese sauce, they gave me a very small amount lol. I know it sounds stupid, but I want to enjoy my meal. If I’m spending 30 bucks, I would like to get what I asked for. The burger and the fries that I ordered for my son were good. My other The burger and the fries that I ordered for my son were good. My other son wanted a sonic blast and the Oreos were super stale. He’s only five years old and he eats everything, but he even he noticed that it tasted funny. Sucks that I had to drive all the way out there and not really get what I wanted. Sad times.

  I had never tried their burgers but decided to give it a shot since I LOVE smash burgers and this is definitely going to be a go-to spot for my burger cravings! The service was excellent as well, the young man who brought out my food was very kind and helpful! SN: download the app because there are SO MANY coupons and deals to take advantage of and you can also order through the app while you’re there! Super cool!

  I call my order in and by the time I arrive my meal is done and ready for me to head out to work. Saves times and not delayed. Food is well served and delicious

  I wouldn't know on the food I was waiting 30 min for ice cream and it was dead .id understand if it was busy but dead and waiting 30 min and still I just left.. poor service ..fast food is fast food. But ice cream..come on
