  Waited over an hrs ti get a kids meal and ice cream. We ordered in side had to go through drive thru.

  Jody, The red head lady and the short young lady have all gone above and beyond! Dont know everybody's Name, But they've all been Kind and Positive! Keep it up !

  I’m honestly disappointed with this McDonald’s in Mercedes. First, I ordered a McChicken, Big Mac combo, and a Dr Pepper. I tried using my app number twice and even refreshed the app, but both times I was told it “wasn’t working.” I was then told to take a picture of my receipt and use that in the app. Okay… whatever. Then things got even more ridiculous. I was handed a completely WRONG order: 4-piece nuggets, a Quarter Pounder, small fries, and a bottled water. HOW?! I realized it wasn’t mine, so I returned everything because obviously I wasn’t going to eat someone else’s food. But here’s what really bothered me: instead of remaking the order, they apparently just took the food I had already been handed and gave it to the actual customer. 🤦‍♀️ How is that okay? You’re really going to hand food to one customer, have it handled and returned, and then give that same food to another customer? At the very least, the order should have been remade. That’s a serious hygiene and customer-service issue. And let’s talk about the fries. I WORKED AT McDONALD’S. I KNOW WHAT REHEATED FRIES TASTE LIKE. Those fries were absolutely TRASH. They tasted like they had been reheated in the fryer and were hard as cinder blocks. Y’all know it takes a couple of minutes to make fresh fries, so why serve something that tastes like it’s been sitting around and reheated? Completely wrong order. Food was handled and passed along instead of being remade. Terrible fries. The whole experience was a waste of my time and money. McDonald’s Mercedes, y’all can do better. This was unacceptable.

  It’s happened every time without fail over the past few months when I call I receive no answer I get being busy but to neglect customers calls because of it daily is insane

  You ask for a caramel iced coffee but they keep giving you regular iced coffee. I payed extra this time because you all are making it a habit of making these coffees wrong, so to make sure I get my caramel iced coffee with caramel drizzle I paid more. But nooooo you again give me a regular iced coffee with caramel drizzle. Next time I'm staying there at the drive through and tasting it!!! I've had enough, this is an everyday thing!!!
