  Waited at the 2nd drive thru window for more than 20mins when multiple vehicles behind got their orders before me, I had to get off and confront them before I even got my simple breakfast order

  there was spit in my drink how disgusting and the person that gave it to us in the window was acting suspicious aswell i just ordered a drink.

  I'm giving two stars because I hate that every time I go, they don't have enough staff taking care of the restaurant. They always have only one person to bring out the food, clean, and handle curbside. I think that's a whole lot of work for one person, while others take their sweet time and chat with each other. I say it because I saw it as I waited for an order I had placed 20 minutes prior, and it wasn't ready, but the poor guy was alone; it wasn't his fault..

  I ordered a mea9l for my boyfriend at this restaurant. Im in San Benito. I ordered online The neal came with a sauce ranchthat was supposed to be included with the order.might seem like something small bit the sauce came with the meal. They told him it wasn't included but should have been. So he saw the ranch on the counter and got it. He was pretending by some Connie girl prob manager to call the cop to get something that belong to him because I ordered it. Then had some employee try to interstate him about being there yesterday I think this lady needs schooling at her job and should not be at her job if she's calling the cops if anything I was rob over a free sauce omg how dumb And corporate this is not very bright a bad review of this Connie person that dont know her meneu.

  They focus way too much on the drive through. I've ordered curbside so many times and still receive it late. For example, I can place an order at 6, get there at 6:30 and I'll be leaving with it at 7. In those 30 minutes they will serve like 10-20 cars all while I'm waiting. What's the point in ordering ahead and the tracker to see when I'm near then? There's also been cases where an item is missing and I have to go back. At least their chicken has been good so far.
