  I just had the weirdest and ignorant encounter at this location and needless to say, I will not be back. I ordered a medium tator tot with cheese that had a layer of cheese on the top and covered maybe 3 tots and the rest on the bottom had nothing. I took it back in to have it remade and the nice young lady that originally brought it out to me, took it back to ask the manager if it could be remade. She came back at first and said, "Yes we can remake it" and took it back. The manager (I'm assuming) comes back out and says "Ma'am we did put cheese on it and we only put cheese on the top"??? If that is true, why would an establishment that offers Tator tots with cheese only put cheese on the top? That defeats the purpose of ordering tator tots WITH CHEESE. This is the first time I have encountered anything like this and have never had this happened in the part of Texas I am from, DFW. The manager was quite ignorant and could have been courteous and remade it again but she chose to be ignorant and unprofessional. I just threw the rest of the uncovered tots in the trash where they belong and left. No need to argue with small town ignorance. She seemed quite miserable. Y'all have a good one. ☺️

  Food always comes out quick and fresh. Staff is polite and friendly and brings out your food with a smile.

  Management here is awful, instead of deescalating a situation she escalated it, and I’m the type of person who will be come twice as rude when someone is rude with me! If you are having trouble placing your order over the phone I suggest that you don’t tell them that it would be easier without the phone system because management will snap on you! Just take your money elsewhere where they are friendlier!

  My friend was explaining to me how to order with the phone. We accidentally pressed the button to order so I go to answer the phone to make my order as soon as I hear her "hello". The moment I git the phone to my ear and said hello the manager opened the window yelling at me telling us to "stop playing around". She was rude and didn't have to raise her voice at me it completely threw me off and made me lose my appetite. 👎
