    Attempted to order but couldn't hear the annoying staff member on the other end through a phone system that they expect you to put up to your face and mouth. Keep in mind this is a truck stop. He was feet away me on the other side of a sliding window. I couldn't hear him and he said he couldn't hear me, yet refused to open the window and take my order. Their lobby is also full of flies and some other insect. I do not recommend stopping here.

    My husband and I stopped in to order food on our roadtrip with our one year old son. We attempted to order and the lady could not hear us. She became very hostile and said she was canceling our order. I went inside to rectify the situation and just order in person to avoid the speaker system. She slammed the window in my face and refused to serve us. I am flabbergasted. She first claimed my husband yelled at her (he did not and would never. She asked him to speak up so he was just trying to do that so she could hear him). This is one of the most bizarre experiences I have had in the service industry. If you look at the reviews, I am not the only one who experienced something like this. She needs to be held accountable for treating people like trash.
