- NRNarmin Rashid5 days ago1.0I was really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop in Melissa. I ordered Original Hot wings with extra sauce, Lemon Pepper wings, and fresh fries. Unfortunately, the food I received was far from what I expected. The fries were old, overcooked, and tasted stale instead of fresh. Many were dark and burnt, as shown in the photos. My Original Hot wings barely had any sauce on them even though I specifically ordered them with sauce, and the Lemon Pepper wings were very lightly seasoned. When you’re paying for fresh food, you expect it to be made correctly. This meal looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp instead of being made fresh. I hope management pays closer attention to food quality and order accuracy because this experience was not worth the money. I did call twice asking to speak to a manager but the unfortunately the employees just put me on hold and then disconnect the call.. I won’t be returning unless they make significant improvements.

He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. You can tell he’s not only great at what he does, but also just a good person. The kitchen team also seemed to work in harmony, and Alexander’s positive energy felt like it helped bring that out in everyone. His service, attitude, and leadership really stood out, and I truly appreciate it.

Scared me away will not be trying this location hopefully it’s just a franchise if it’s corporate which I’ll be checking that will change my entire stance on wing stop.
