If you order a togo order they will get it wrong and when you try to call to let them know they made a mistake and to try to get it rectified they will not pick up the phone. They got my sauce wrong, forgot to give me my ranch and did not do my fries extra well done as i requested. Called them over 40 times to no answer till the last one who hung up on me mid sentence Want wingstop just go to the mckinney location because this one is ran horribly

Had to wait a few minutes before anybody working even acknowledged me at the register. They were more interested in their little pow wow it seems. I didn't take out the camera until a good amount of time had passed. Ridiculous. We also ordered and paid for a Large fry and they gave us a small/regular. Waste of time and money.

None of them were well done, all the wings had very little to no sauce, the wings were soggy and cold. None of the fries had extra seasoning. And we paid for a large order of blue cheese and 6 little ones and got 0. I called and asked for new fries and for blue cheese to be ready by the time I got back so I could try to get back home as soon as possible so my family can enjoy everything together. I got there and had to wait 10 minutes for the fries and blue cheese. I received no apology. The front desk teenager workers were not doing anything. To top it off the browser had doubles everyone’s wing over. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here.
