They did not disappoint, best bur t ends I've ever had, massive juicy tender hunks of meat that didn't need any sauce. It Flavored itself in all its glory. Went with the fatty slab of brisket, pure tendernism and juicy. Went ahead and slathered it with their spicy BBQ sauce. Then came the Korean style ribs, bark was perfect, seasoning and sauce was on point, juicy tender meat on the bone. The Mac and cheese was solid and so was the cream corn. Texas did not let me down today. Thank you!
