  Literally placed a order 30 minutes prior to picking it up got there and still had to park and wait

  I went to the drive through. No one in front of me, I ordered a 3 deluxe taco combo. They asked if I wanted hot sauce. I said yes, hot. They added four sauce to the screen. I ordered iced tea. When I got my order, the tacos were sloppy and greasy. They have me seven mild taco sauce, and SWEET tea. I do not eat sugar. I can see why they are rated so low. How hard is it to get one combo order right? It was over ten bucks. I have the cashier 21 dollars. She handed me change and a receipt. I told her I had given her 21 dollars. She said oh, and gave me ten dollars. No apology. Nothing. Yeah, you have a good day, too. I expect that there will be far fewer Taco Bells soon.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell tonight. The food quality was unacceptable. The meat in my quesadilla looked undercooked and had a strange texture that made me uncomfortable eating it. My Mexican pizza only had beans no meat. The presentation was sloppy, and overall it did not seem fresh or properly prepared. What made it even worse is that I went back and asked them to remake the order, and the second order was somehow worse than the first. The meat still looked undercooked and unsafe to eat, and the food was carelessly thrown together. I gave them the opportunity to correct the issue, but the remake was just as unacceptable. I ended up wasting my money because I didn’t feel comfortable eating the food. Management seriously needs to address food quality, consistency, and food safety at this location

  Reason for the 1 star. I sat and watched their main manage blatantly LIE to a customer who ordered the wrong thing saying "we can't do anything about it, when your order is finished we ask if everything looks correct, you said yes, so there's nothing we can do" this had to be one of the most pathetic lies I've ever seen someone in fast food tell someone.

  Went through the drive thru for a mobile order at 1am tonight and despite a 10 minute wait plus another 15 minute drive home, everything was perfect. Our quite difficult order (a lot of customizations) was made great, it looked great and the staff in the drive thru and the one who brought my order was so kind and apologetic of the wait. I feel like based on the other reviews, I must have gone somewhere else. Overall, after breaking a personal 2-year Taco Bell free streak, I’m glad to have had it again.
