  This may be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. How is it possible to be slower than Whataburger. On top of that super rude workers and they served our milkshake completely melted and we had to get it remade and wait even longer. What a disgrace sonic get it together!

  Not sure if it is just THIS location or all of them, but after trying the chicken bites for the first time… nope, NEVER again. Cold and extremely dry… disgusting. The shake we ordered was no longer a shake… it was a liquid goopy mess. I get that it is hot outside but if further restaurants from us can deliver frozen shakes, it makes no sense that closer ones cannot deliver the same… especially when we end up paying so much in fees and tips.

  Went for a .99 large drink…but they “don’t offer that” at this location. So $3.13 later I have my tea and an “oh well” from the staff. Really?!

  They had very poor customer service and did not have the customer's happiness in mind. When they could have made a blast that was the same price they flat out refused even though it was because of there app that there was a problem in the first place. Get better managers who know how to do there jobs and put the customer's first.
