- TKTiffany KAug 21, 20261.0We just picked up our pizza for dinner and it looks like day old, dried up, pizza. It hard, and not in the good crunchy way. It was picked up within minutes of being ready, so it’s not like it sat there waiting for long. We also did not get our extra sauce we ordered, or the little canister of Parmesan we paid for. Incredibly disappointing.

My pizza was ready, but instead of calling out names for pickup, the employee just put all the completed pizzas into a hot box. Everyone had to stand in a long line just to wait for him to occasionally ask for a name and pull the food out. Our pizza sat in the box for 30 minutes while we just watched and waited. Terrible system and poor service. I will never order from here again.

He asked the woman on duty for help, and she responded, “Are you stupid? You can’t be this stupid,” in front of everyone who was waiting for their orders. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No employee should be spoken to that way, especially in front of customers. If that’s how employees are treated, it’s not a business we feel comfortable supporting, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.
