  Ordered a combo meal and had it delivered. No fries in order so, called to ask about what to do. Said there was nothing they could do and I asked to speak to a manager. The person on the phone said they were the manager and I asked for their name. I like to have this in case I need to reference them later. He said I did not need his name and hung up on me. My husband called back because he would not pick up with my number and my husband asked why he hung up on his wife and he said because I was being a jackass. So, I am not sure how asking for his name makes me a jackass? I really was not rude just wanted a solution to a problem. No response! So, cross this one off the list of places I will spend my money.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! have been here on numerous occasions and it is always something. They close the lobby at 7:30 every night and that is just crazy it's still dinner at that time. 9 times out of 10 their frappe machine is down. If you go after 10 expect to wait 30 mins or more for your order. There is a guy that works overnight who has absolutely no personality and you can just tell he hates his job makes guests feel so welcomed, NOT. I live in Melissa but will make the drive to mckinney just to recieve better service. This location is absolutely terrible.

  Food is fine, it’s McDonalds, so it is what it is, but don’t bother using curbside pickup if you expect to ever get your food. After 15 minutes I had to go in and my order still wasn’t ready. I had 3 cheeseburgers, nuggets, and 1 thing of fries. The gentleman who helped me inside was very nice, and got my order as quickly as he could. 5 stars for him.

  I honestly don’t understand what was going on at this McDonald’s. I get that drive-thru may be the priority, but does that mean customers inside the restaurant should just be ignored? We waited about 10–15 minutes for our order. When they finally gave us the food, they said our two refreshers would be ready in a minute. We took the food and waited. And waited. And waited. My son stayed by the counter while I went to the car. Every employee who walked by asked him what he was waiting for. Every single time he explained that we were still missing two drinks. Every single time they said “okay” and walked away. Nobody actually made the drinks. Nobody followed up. It was like the conversation never happened. After another 10 minutes, I went back inside myself because by that point our ice cream had melted, the fries were cold, and the burgers were no longer hot either. I asked why it was taking so long to pour two drinks. Miraculously, the drinks appeared almost immediately. The worst part wasn’t even the wait. It was watching employees wander around while nobody seemed capable of remembering a simple request for more than 10 seconds. We kept asking. They kept acknowledging us. Then they would disappear and do absolutely nothing. What should have been a quick stop turned into a 30-minute ordeal. Cold food, melted ice cream, forgotten drinks, and zero sense of organization or urgency. The restaurant was also pretty dirty, with tables left uncleared, but honestly that was the least of the problems. This was easily one of the most frustrating McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in a long time.

  I went to purchase two strawberry pies. The employee at the speaker stated they didn’t have any. Another employee burst out “SHE LYING” and giggle over the intercom. I ask twice if they had any or not after that out burst then drove forward to the first window. I ask for corporates information and was then told there were strawberry pies available. I drove around to re order the pies per the employees request and paid with 100 dollar bill but before doing so I was denied payment and was told I couldn’t pay with $100 bill. Once I received my order it was COLD and not done!
