  This place is operated by kids. we ordered in drive thru, waited over 15 minutes, never brought out the food so I went and got a refund. The refund took another 5 minutes (food still not ready). On top of that, they were parking us in stalls and taking the wrong orders to the other cars because they werent coordinating correctly.

  Ordered online way before I arrived. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 hash browns an a drink. Saw them cook 2 things of hash browns an send them out the window while I stood there waiting. When the very rude older Mexican lady came to the counter an asked what I was there for I said I had a mobile order. She huffed an puffed her way to the kitchen after handling paper money. Wiping her nose with her arm and grabbed my food with no gloves. I asked for it to be remade as thats quite disgusting. She just told me "have a nice day an leave" then walked off. Very very rude. There's a reason why this place has more 1 star reviews than anything.

  Had me pull up to stall and wait over 10 minutes for cold fries, missing food & wrong order. Ordered kids meal nuggets they somehow put a burger instead? Ordered a regular burger no burger & no kids nuggets in the bag. if you’re going make people wait that long for the food to be packed make sure the order is correct.

  The night crew are kids and they play too much around people’s food! The food was incorrect and they don’t pay attention to your order. We were uncharged .89 for cheese on the hot n spicy it was not on the sandwich and on top of that we waited 10 minutes for cookies. After being instructed to park in 1 after waiting we noticed nobody was coming we pulled back through the drive thru and they acted clueless as if we never ordered cookies thank god we had the receipt!

  I recently visited this location and ordered a sausage biscuit, hash brown, and large sweet tea. During several recent visits, I have repeatedly received burnt biscuits. I understand that mistakes happen, so I have politely asked for the biscuit to be remade when necessary. However, each time I have requested a remake, I have been met with an attitude or questioned about what was wrong with the biscuit. During my most recent visit, I was especially concerned by the way the General Manager treated me. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. I also have experience working in the fast-food industry and understand that customer service can be challenging. Despite this, the General Manager spoke to me disrespectfully. She explained that the biscuits at this location are handmade rather than frozen. I acknowledged this and simply asked whether the biscuit could be remade and cooked for less time so it would not be burnt. She responded that cooking it for less time would make it raw. I was confused because my concern was that the biscuit had already been overcooked. I decided I would rather receive a refund than continue the interaction. When I asked for my money back, the General Manager agreed but then told me, “You don’t have to come back to this store either because you guys always come in and complain.” I found this statement inappropriate and unnecessary. We have only asked for a biscuit to be remade approximately two or three times, and we have stopped visiting this location regularly because of these repeated experiences. We were not complaining unnecessarily; we were requesting that an improperly prepared item be corrected.I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect, especially by a General Manager who is expected to set an example for the staff.
