  Formal complaint regarding discrimination and inappropriate treatment at the Melissa, Texas location. By way of this formal communication, I wish to file a complaint against the employee identified as Michelle concerning an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. During my purchase, I was asked to provide a form of identification. I presented a valid identification, which was rejected without justification, and I was then required to produce a second form of ID. I provided my United States driver's license. Despite presenting a legal and official document, the employee refused to accept it, insisting on a passport, which I consider an arbitrary and discriminatory requirement. To make matters worse, the employee stared at me with hostility and contempt for an extended period as I left the store, leaving me feeling harassed and intimidated due to prejudice.

  Unfortunately quality of produce and dairy has declined. I've had issues with my last 3 pickup orders where I'm getting visibly moldy produce or expired dairy. Getting dairy that expires in 1 or 2 days and still paying full price is ridiculous, especially with how high prices are now. Last week was visibly moldy strawberries and today moldy corn. I cannot believe they even have this out on the shelf and their shoppers think it's ok to give to someone. When getting meat, I end up getting twice as much as I ordered and get charged the difference. They know how to up your quantity and nothing you can do about it. I've given so many chances and will go somewhere else after constant issues.

  usually i dont care . i just do my shopping and self checkout. the self checkout employees doesnt even smile when you smile at them while leaving. and when asked for any help, they were slow and rude. many instances, the clearance prices didnot ringup correctly and had to ask or go back to take a pic of the price on the shelf and show them the proof. hope, they fix the prices reflecting up correctly and employees be more nicer

  Love themighty ice pops, cherry mango. But everything I buy them half or more are broke. Other krogers don't break all the ice pops.
