  I absolutely love this Kroger Marketplace in Melissa! This store is amazing. Even though it’s a very large store, it is always clean, neat, and well organized every time I visit. The associates are consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I usually come in just to do my grocery shopping, but I always end up having a great experience because of the employees and their excellent customer service. They check in to make sure customers are finding everything they need and are always willing to help with a positive attitude. As a regular shopper, I’ve even gotten to know a few associates, and it’s always nice stopping to chat with them. I’ve also noticed a lot of positive changes and improvements throughout the store, including many new faces, and it’s clear that great leadership is making a difference. Whatever the store leader is doing, please keep it up because it truly shows. Thank you to everyone at Kroger Marketplace Melissa for creating such a pleasant shopping experience. I love my Kroger Marketplace in Melissa!

  Self checkout employees are usually rude. Check out lines are never manned despite there being over 20 people in self checkouts.

  Ms. Anna-Leigh is just the sweetest woman in the world!!! She is always there to help, assist and always has a big, beautiful smile on her face!!! She is very knowledgeable and professional!!! Thank you Ms. Anna-Leigh for your consistency, hard work, and dedication the customers every need!! This woman deserves a raise!!!! Kroger recognize her!!!

  Real nice Kroger until you go to check out. At 6:30 o. Sunday they had one entire self checkout section closed. Terrible. It's Sunday.. people got to cook dinner, out kids to bed and y'all have is wasting time waiting to overpay yall

  I prefer to support Kroger but of lately their produce is hit of miss. Mostly Miss. I threw away an avocado I purchased because it was already rotting inside. Purchased some organic red potatoes to bake. Well every other one has black spots inside. What is happening? Please do better!
