Other HEB's that I have visited have great stock. The one in Melissa is either out or carries minimal items, such as, produce, natural care items/supplements, ice cream, etc. Employees are not real friendly nor as helpful as many other HEB's. The BBQ restaurant has excellant food but again the employees are more interested in chit chat than helping a patron.

This has been my family's go to grocery store since it opened and we always have a great experience here! Employees are super friendly and helpful and there is always someone there to bag your groceries for you, unlike other nearby competitors.
Today was the first time I did a pick-up order here and all the employees were super friendly, as always. Its Mother's day and I was even greeted by two sweet ladies who gave me a rose and a $10 gift card to celebrate. It was such a wonderful surprise, but very on point with this company's reputation of going above and beyond most grocery stores. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed shopping at this location when it 1st opened, but it’s become pretty hectic over time. The aisles are often crowded with employees fulfilling pickup orders, which makes it harder to shop, and items are frequently out of stock.
Pricing also doesn’t feel as competitive as it used to be. On top of that, the pharmacy pickup setup is inconvenient-especially without a drive-thru, which seems like a miss for a store this busy.
Not selling the Texas Lotto at the gas station is a bit odd too. Overall, it feels like some of the customer experience details were overlooked.
At this point, I’d rather make the extra commute to the Allen location, which seems to take more pride in their store and run more smoothly.

Disappointing. They have 17 lanes and only 3 lanes open for people with full groceries carts. 4 people standing in self checkout. And when I asked a manager she could careless - young & didn't care. Understandable its not the usual busy night but we shouldn't be 3 people deep waiting for checkout with full carts I'm all 3 lines that aren't marked for "15 or less" or "10 or less". They should be monitoring people walking up to checkout and letting them know where they can go when you can't use those lanes or self checkout. Again the manager could have cared less....

This location has some serious improvements to make, especially when it comes to curbside pickup and management. After 5 issues in a row with curbside orders, I can’t stay quiet anymore.
Today alone, it took 10 different phone calls just to try to get an issue resolved. That’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Yesterday was even worse. I received a call saying our order would be canceled if it wasn’t picked up within a certain timeframe. Nowhere in the app did it clearly state that curbside closes at 9:30 or that you need to arrive before 9:00 to avoid cancellation. I called to clarify, and they agreed to hold the order until 9:30. My husband rushed straight from work to pick it up, only to get home and realize that 11 items were missing.
When I called the store, the manager on duty (around 9:30 PM on 4/27) was not helpful at all. There was no real attempt to resolve the situation, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.
It’s disappointing because the products themselves are great, but the service at this location does not match that standard. At this point, it’s hard to justify continuing to shop here when there are other options nearby. The Walmart down the road is consistently clean, well-stocked, and provides outstanding customer service.
I truly hope this location takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
