  It’s funny how you place an order, show up 2 minutes prior, get spoken to like your an idiot and told to go park and come back, only to get cold food. Leads me to believe it’s been sitting, but employees want to be petty and flat out disrespectful. Not to mention, half the time you pull up, they look at you through the window, then walk off as if you’re inconveniencing them. It’s the only place in town with worse service than McDonald’s.

  The service leader was on point. Very good at what she does. Went at 8:45 with a full line. She got everyone through in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly service and food looked amazing even with a rush. Kudos to the service leader for getting the through put of customers through in an efficient amount of time These are the kind of leaders you want

  We came through the drive through and immediately upon pulling up to the window the place was filthy. There was obvious left out food in the prep area near the drive through window. No one was manning the station and it was disgusting. When someone came to the window they started out being fairly friendly but super lazy attitude. Then another guy came to the window. Through my own personal experience he looked super stoned. He was munching on some chips realized his bite was too big to talk. He kind of laughed and then swallowed and said name on the order. I mean the food safety violations were horrendous. Eating in a prep area. Eating in a kitchen. Drinking in a prep area drinking in the kitchen. Obvious neglect of prep areas. No wonder this place is already getting bad reviews. I am disappointed in Chipotle. The district manager of a prestigious area like Melissa should care a little more and do some night visits. Just pull up the cameras and it will tell all. Something needs to be done. Their disregard for food safety and the customers health should be noted and shared.

  I've been here twice with 2 very different experiences. The first time I got a burrito to go, that was somehow chewy and burnt at the same time. Very strange 😅 Next time however, I went into the restaurant (pretty clean standard chipotle) and the employee making the food listened exactly to my instructions, and added a ton of chicken to my burrito (it was massive 🤣) but then when I actually ate it, it was the best chipotle burrito I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, tasted amazing. The first time I ate here it was a 3 star, the 2nd time it was a 5 star.

  We were so excited that we no longer had to go to Anna to get Chipotle as this one is literally around the corner from our house. However, it’s been a nightmare. Constantly getting online orders incorrect, forgetting items… I don’t understand how you can’t look at a screen and make something properly and put it in a bag. Doesn’t require a college degree. The tag on the bag literally has the order on it… So either, the person making food has no clue what they’re doing OR they are intentionally making and giving out wrong orders. Location has been open for less than a month and they’ve gotten our order wrong more than the Anna one has in years (it’s never been messed up.) Looks like we’ll still have to drive to Anna for a more reliable Chipotle. Edit: 7/23/2026 My wife ordered from here by mistake, and guess what… the order was WRONG again! I have reported this Chipotle to their Corporate office and requested that new management be put in place.
