    I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at Chipotle lately. The portion sizes have become unbelievably small, especially considering the prices. When you’re paying $45+ for two meals, you expect to receive a reasonable amount of food. What makes it even more frustrating is that when customers ask for a little extra, it feels like they’re being judged for it. During my visit, employees were being watched so closely that I overheard someone telling the person making the bowls, “That’s enough steak,” while they were serving customers. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and makes it seem like customers are asking for something unreasonable when they’re simply expecting fair value for what they’re paying. The quality may still be there, but the portions have become ridiculous. For the prices Chipotle is charging now, customers deserve better.

    I don't normally post reviews, but the customer service was so bad that I had to do this. I went into this new location roughly 5 days after they opened. Me and three other customers stood in line for 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet us. What was bothersome was that there were 6 employees huddled around the cash register laughing and joking about things that had NOTHING TO DO with serving customers. I finally got frustrated and asked if someone could help us. One of the six employees put on gloves and came and helped, but he even stopped in the middle of serving the customer in front of me and walked away for nearly a minute. I wanted to speak to a Manager but it was hard to tell who was in charge...they were all wearing the same uniform. The apathy shown by the staff was so frustrating that me and the customer behind me walked out without ordering. My hope is that the owner of the franchise will see this post and hire a "leader" to manage the very immature and unprofessional staff.

    I originally left a positive review when this Chipotle first opened because the food quality and service were excellent. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different experience. When I checked out, I was accidentally charged for two bowls that belonged to another customer in addition to my own order. After noticing the mistake and returning to the counter, it took quite a while to get a manager involved and process a refund. Mistakes happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of urgency, empathy, and customer service when trying to correct the issue. The contrast between my first visit and this one was night and day. The location started out strong, but based on my last experience, the service quality has noticeably declined. Because of that experience, I haven’t returned since.

    I've visited this Chipotle several times since it opened, and overall it's been a great addition to Melissa. The restaurant is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere whether you're dining in or picking up an order. The staff has been friendly and works hard to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I enjoy being able to customize my meal exactly how I want it, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The chicken, rice, toppings, chips, and queso have all been good during my visits, and the portions are usually satisfying. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there can occasionally be longer waits during peak hours, and portion sizes can vary a little. However, those are minor issues compared to the overall experience. Overall, this is a solid Chipotle location with good food, a clean restaurant, and friendly service. I'll definitely keep coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal in Melissa.

    I spent 30 minutes trying to place an order online and kept getting an error. Went to this location and stood in a line for another 15 minutes. Finally got to the front and was told that I can only place an order for a family meal online and that if I choose to pickup in store instead of the drive thru that I should be able to check out. I tried doing that and the chipotle website said your payment processing is down but I could pay in store. When I tried to select pay in store, it said to try again later. After several attempts of closing out and trying again I kept getting the same result. I showed the lady at the store who suggested it and she said that if she rang me up I store that it would be more expensive and could not honor the online price. She then told me she could call a manager and I requested that she did so, she then said she was the manager. I received horrible service and after an hour 4 hungry cranky kids and no food. No one even tried to make it right. You’d think that a new restaurant would at least pretend to care about the customers and take some accountability.
