  For the most recent visit my mom and I had, for our order, the first batch of fries we received were as cold as if they were sitting on the counter for a while, then after I asked them for some fresh ones, they gave my mom and I just a SMALL portions of the fries! Also when I asked them for more sauce on my chicken tenders, they were also not fresh! The people who served us really looked like they don’t want to do their job, and if I could this place HALF a star on both of their food and service, that would be complete satisfaction. So as of this recent visit, I definitely do NOT recommend ordering from here!

  This wingstop needs to be shut down the customer service is trash and the workers are RUDE. especially the one that wears the glasses. These people are never consistent on your order guess they didn't feel like working today I ask for WELL DONE CHICHEN got home bit my chicken all I see is blood on the inside I will be contacting the HEALTH department and will never return to this location TRASH!!!!!!!!!!

  I usually order BBQ wings for my daughter from Wingstop, and we’ve never had a problem before. This time, however, the BBQ wings were extremely spicy, much hotter than usual, and my daughter couldn’t eat them. I politely explained the situation and asked if they could replace the order because it was clearly too spicy for a child. They refused. I then asked to speak with the manager, who told me they do not replace orders and that if I wanted a new one, I would have to pay for it again. What disappointed me the most was the way I was treated. This is the first time I’ve had a manager speak to me like that. In my experience, managers usually try to make sure customers leave satisfied and are willing to help resolve issues. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location, and I will not be returning to this branch.

  In my time on earth I have eaten at many fast food establishments. Overall I would do a lot for the delectable taste of "le stop" 💅✨️ but I have to leave this review at only 4 stars. You might wonder why, we'll it is because i am friends, some might say the best of friends, to lucy (very forgettable worker of yours) and quite frankly I cannot, will not, be able to leave a perfect reveiw. Now this is not due to work ethic, which some people say I have a lot of, maybe even the best, some people call me the king of ethics for which i am very admirable, but for the fact that I cannot give someone I know personally a 5 star reveiw. Great food (quite frankly the greatest) Great workers Great service Great atmosphere Little room for improvement. You have my approval.
