    My whole family are so into this chain so the last few days we went to Frisco one, Plano 15th street one and McKinney one ( this store) and we ordered same food, same smoothie. The colada smoothie in this store taste only banana flavor which is wrong. And I ordered 4 items on app and they only gave me 2 items until I asked them twice. The staff look confused. I will skip this store going to other stores in the future.

    This location treats curbside as an after thought. They can get 5 curbside pick ups, prepare them and then set them aside to help people inside or at drive thru, even if there's a line out the door and those orders sit for 20 minutes. Instead of prioritizing them the way they should be: prioritize by what comes in first. If you have 5 orders ready to walk out, have someone walk them out and one person take orders from drive thru or walk ins. It won't take long to run orders out and then that person can help out. This is honestly poor management and poor customer service. This should be customer service and management 101. If you go here, be prepared to go in the store regardless of if you order curbside. We order curbside a lot mainly because we have a baby, and it's much easier to order curbside than go in for pickup or drive thru Incase he crying. We have been to this one on various occasions and it's often the same. We often get the excuse "we have a lot of orders, or a bunch of people just walked in". Like that's nice, but we are also customers. That's not an excuse.

    I absolutely love this smoothie place! The drinks were flavorful, and hit the spot. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and I left feeling satisfied. In particular, sierra made it a great experience—she was very attentive and sweet. Highly recommend stopping by for a delicious smoothie and some excellent service!

    Eat here all the time. Probably 2 or 3 times a week. It’s great. Honestly, I wish I had realized sooner in life that tropical smoothie café makes more than smoothies. Their quesadillas and other hot food is great. They really need to do something to market their food I guess I bet a lot of people don’t know about it and it’s honestly a great place to eat.
