- GRG R0016 days ago1.0I’m having to resubmit a review because instead of acknowledging it and using my review as an opportunity to improve, they deleted my review instead. That should cause us to think that this store is actually far worse than it is since some reviews are being deleted. Meselech Zawge, the pharmacy rep was really rude and unfair to me. As unapologetic and persistenting in her rudeness to me, I’m sure I’m not the forst one she was rude to. Maybe others just didn’t get to see her name tag.

I buy lotterey tickets there and Malinda is about as rude as it gets with me. I have been nothing but kind to her and now every time I come in the store she says I make her nervous. and makes rude comments to me. If someone would either take her off the lottery machine altogher or train her how to operate the machine things would improve dramatically. She makes mistakes all the time and I end up buying the tickets that were her mistakes. Why would thatt make her nervous? I am the one eating her mistakes with my money!

The fact that they know me and just because I was without my ID they wasn't going to sell the cigarretes for me show a lack of empathy with their clients... If it was necessary to scan the I.D I would understand... But they don't need to scan it, they just need to hit their own badge on the system and hit a button saying that I am older than 21 years. I know it's the law and I totally agree with it, but when the client is known it shouldn't be that obligatory anymore.
