If you want good tacos I’d recommend you go somewhere else. I’m Hispanic and have tried tacos from out of state and in state and even out of country at various stands, restaurants, and trucks etc. On the bright side this place looks clean and the young girl behind the counter was kind and helpful, bilingual as well. The food came out fast and the salsa spicy which is why I gave the food 2 stars. The quality of the meats weren’t great. I got three different tacos campechano, trompo (my favorite kind), and carnitas. I can tell you they were all lacking flavor and possibly quality? There was no one in the restaurant besides two tables at 4:30pm ish so the wait was basically non-existent.
The trompo as many others have noted were very thinly sliced and honestly slightly salty. The flavor was just off from other variations I’ve had but to each their own but any good place will fill your taco up. You can’t skimp on meat on one taco and fill the other two up.
The carnitas, let me be honest. You can get a box of HEB carnitas and cook them in light oil and they would taste better than what I had.
Lastly, the worst of them all was the campechano I love me some chorizo but this chorizo didn’t taste anything like chorizo and looked like ground beef from a Taco Bell. The beef besides it was paler in comparison and didn’t really give much to the combo. I finished half and was a hairs length away from taking it out of my mouth. Mind you this one was the most expensive of the 3 at $3.50 a taco.
The atmosphere and service stuck me at a 3 stars for the restaurant as a whole. I won’t be coming back as there are tastier places in town close by at cheaper prices with more authentic flavor.

We’re from the west coast and have not been able to find a taco spot we like. This is absolutely the place to go and I wish I could give it 10 stars. I went for lunch one day and went back for dinner the same day and took the family. I may or may not have gone back the next day for lunch 🫣. The steak tacos amazing and in my opinion great portions. My mom likes carnitas and she is particular about carnitas and she said the food was perfect.
