  Ordered through the app and asked for extra chicken on my cantina chicken bowl. When I opened up my order, the amount of chicken was despicable + there was no cheese and a laughable amount of “EZ sour cream”. I debated whether to go back and ask for more, because honestly, I’m not trying to be a Karen. I decided to go back because things are too expensive nowadays to be paying for something you’re not getting! I go in and everybody working in the back immediately eyes me up and down… okay… like it’s not embarrassing enough to have to correct something. I calmly and simply explained that I did not think they put the extra chicken on my bowl, so the lady grabs it without saying anything and gets what appears to be the manager on duty. *Queue super awkward waiting period*. Finally they both come to the front and give me back the bowl. I thanked her and the manager proceeds to explain that “the chicken was hiding underneath the lettuce and beans” (it was not, there was no extra chicken, period. I was sifting through lettuce beforehand checking in disbelief.) I started telling her “no, I checked under-“ and she cuts me dismissively says “it’s okay”. Like??? I’ve worked food service before, so I know customers can get a little crazy, but THAT interaction on their behalf was ridiculous and rude. Customers, beware of this location unless you want to get ripped off and dismissed.

  Ordered from the app before I left my home, waited in a long drive through line for them to tell me “come back through when the food says ready on the app.” So you’re telling me I could just have ordered in the drive-through line and stayed my place in line.. make it make sense. The line was long and we have things to do which is why we ordered mobile. Needless to say I shut my car off and stayed while they made the food. The man at the window said It’s only up to the cook. I’ve worked in food service a long time and y’all need to get this fixed. The whole point of mobile ordering is so it’s priority. It was a bean burrito and a avacado ranch taco and a drink. It shouldn’t matter anyway what the order is we shouldn’t be told to leave the line and come back. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Slowest drive thru on earth i have 1, 30 min lunch break and it took 40 mins to get through the drive through my drive to work is 40 mins this is ridiculous

  This Cantina chicken hard taco was still decent as pictured, but it would have been even better if the cheese had stayed inside. By the time I finished it, it was half hard taco and half soft taco. My main complaint, however, is not about the food itself, but about the customer service. If you order a drink, you have to either wait until your food arrives or stand by the cash register, staring at the employees while all five or six of them ignore you and try to flag one of them down so you can enjoy your drink while you wait.

  I placed an order and paid using my credit card, and I was given a receipt clearly showing that the payment was successfully processed. However, when I went to receive my food, the employee told me that I had not paid. I calmly showed her my receipt as proof, but she immediately dismissed it and insisted that it was not valid. Her behavior throughout the interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly rolled her eyes while I was speaking and had a very unfriendly and dismissive tone. It felt like she had already decided not to believe me, no matter what I showed her. Instead of trying to help or calmly look into the situation, she made no effort to resolve the issue and did not offer any kind of basic courtesy or customer service.Rather than involving a manager or checking the system further, she told me that I needed to leave, go home, and bring back a bank statement as proof. This was completely unreasonable, especially since I had already shown a valid receipt. Despite this, I went home, accessed my bank account, and returned to the store with proof of the transaction. What makes this situation even worse is that, after all of this, I still did not receive my food. I paid for my order, was treated disrespectfully, forced to go out of my way to prove something I had already proven, and ultimately left without what I paid for. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
