  Every time I go to this Taco Bell, they mess up my order. I have a big family, so I'm always ordering like 7 meals. I usually get boxes to make it easier. Last night, I asked for everything to stay in their boxes. The lady told us to pull up to the side so they could bring out my food. They came out with 2 boxes and a big bag of food. I was like, "Hey, I asked for all the food to be left in their boxes." She said, "You only ordered 2 boxes..." I order the same thing every time, so I said, "No, I ordered 5 boxes." She disagreed again and said, "You only ordered 2." I circled back in the drive-thru to check the menu, and sure enough, I ordered 5 boxes – 3 deluxe boxes and 2 others. Well, I get home and guess what?! I'm missing a whole box. The store doesn't answer their phone, and I'm out $7-$8 and have to drive back to the restaurant to deal with an already rude employee.

  Me and my mom went here today and we ordered 2 Mexican pizzas a cheese quesidillas and fries both Mexican pizzas and the Quesidillas were burnt and now me and my mother are having stomach issues and nausea it was nasty too

  Atrocious.. showed up to pick up my first order here, did an online order but it wasnt ready cause they got names mixed up, no big deal, they told me to wait by the doors and they'd bring it out.. After 3 mins I got a notification saying the food order was completed on the app. (Guess I should have gone in right then to check, but I was told they'd bring it out, so I went ahead and waited) after 15 mins I went in to check to see if it was actually ready and it was just sitting on the counter ready to go.. and you could tell it had been awhile because the tortillas were stuck to the bags they were in, quesadillas were cold, crunchwrap supreme was no longer crunchy, etc. This was my first and only time trying to place an order here. Fortunately, that MCD is open across the street now, ill try there next time I need a quick easy to pick up dinner.
