  The morning crew is the best , I was greeted by Colby and zabe . They got my order quick and both were very friendly. There customer service is always nice to see, especially because if there’s any issues. I know I can trust them to fix and resolve the problem!

  Went through attached drive thru. Ordered a rt 44 strawberry lime-aid. After waiting 10 mins, drove up at 2:01pm drove off at 2:11pm, I gave up.

  I’ve been to this Sonic many times over the years and the service has always been consistently the worst thing about this place. Today, I went for lunch and ordered the #8 (chicken bites). The girl taking my order asked what toppings I wanted on a hot dog, so I politely rephrased my order and said I wanted the chicken bites. She then rudely rebutted and said I was asking for the #5, which is a burger according to the menu board. I understand that the register system inside might be different, but the tone she used was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After taking my order with an attitude, it came out and didn’t have any napkins or sauce. Given, I will admit that I could’ve asked for the sauce myself, so I don’t fault the staff for that. I do, however, think that napkins are a given at whatever fast food restaurant a person goes to. The most pleasant person was the food runner, so my criticisms do not apply to him.

  I can’t even eat at this sonic anymore everything I eat here I get very sick I don’t no if there not changing out the oil or what it is no matter what it is we always get sick
