  My sirloin steak cooked medium rare was tough to eat. I will not order that again if that is how they all are. The flash fried green beans were good and the side house salad was basic. The fried mushroom appetizers was my favorite.

  Love Saltgrass Mckinney server Kamily was excellent and Sade stopped by as well. Two managers stopped by as well. Food was great and very happy with server a must go in McKinney been going for over 20 years

  We have come here for over 20 years and had not been in a while. To our surprise the food and service was excellent. Thanks Kamily and Shadae. Kamily was our main server but if she was busy Shadae happily asked if we needed anything. Management was also walking around to ensure everything was running smoothly.

  Our service was excellent- everyone was on top of their game. Was was OK+ - it looked like maybe they rushed the steaks a bit (way under cooked) and seasoning was a bit inconsistent with the mushrooms. The dining room here is hunting lodge - esque, chandeliers look dangerous with sharpened cattle horns hanging off them. It was very loud, and it had tvs on various places turned onto sports... not expected for this place (it felt old & dark). They could definitely use a refresh.

  Son is getting married so took the family to dinner. Used to go to Saltgrass at least twice a month. Since around Covid, we stopped. The food and service for the price just wasn't the same. Im glad we came back. Fried mushrooms and seafood Fondeaux for appetizers came out hot and fast. I was glad to see the Cattlemans prime rib was back. Served Thursday through Sunday only. Prime rib, pats ribeye and sirloin were the most common order for our table. Wedge salad was good as always and the drinks were stiff. Waiter was on it and they didn't automatically add 20% to our group of 9. Took care of him anyway. I forgot to take the photos BEFORE I started eat, sorry. I was starving.
