  Rachel and Darinda provided AMAZING customer service. The whole team was friendly and helpful. Enoch and Jacob made our food and it was delicious!

  Walked in for a pick up order on 7/25. One lady was sitting in the waiting area on her phone, never greeted me or asked how she could help. Another guy was making pizza and had headphones in, looked up at me 3 or 4 times also never asked how he could help me or bothered to remove his headphones. I finally looked at the girl in her phone sitting down and shook my head and she finally gets up to get my pizza. Horrible customer service

  I ordered at this Pizza Hut because it was on my way home. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one thin and one thick. The thick crust pizza was very doughy once we got to eating it. I called and talked to a guy and told him. He said he was the manager. I told him my complaint and he dismissed it like it was okay. Telling me he made 80 pizza tonight and nobody else had complained. He was very unprofessional… I want be ordering from this location AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Update!!! I called 1st thing this morning and I talked to a manager and explained what happen the night before. I was offered a refund or remake. On my way home from work the GM Ms. Shelly called me and apologized about the situation. I appreciate them both for fixing the problem. All I wanted was a good pizza last night. He was just too unprofessional and very dismissive. Thanks for listening and fixing the problem.
