    No Pepsi (2lt), MD pizza was very dark (as in burnt), no extra mushrooms, which I paid for on personal pizza, the wings were VERY soft. The first wing was definitely undercooked. They want to have doordash, they can also check through the receipt also. Whoever dropped our order off, never responded.at all when they missed the Pepsi!

    Faint grease smell, but food was hot and fresh. Very flavorful indeed. Been in McKinney since 2019. First time back in years. Keep up the good work.

    I placed my order at 6:24 PM and still had not received it by 8:17 PM, so I called the store to check on it. I spoke with the manager on duty, who said his name was Trey (January 8). He told me he could not contact the driver until the driver returned to the store, and I never received a callback with an update. When I followed up, I was told the driver claimed they couldn’t find my building or apartment number—this is incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager argued with me about my address, stating that “APT #1112” is not the same as “11-12,” which makes no sense since they represent the same number. The conversation became argumentative and unprofessional. I was then told they could not remake my pizza and would only resend the same cold pizza through DoorDash, and shortly after that, I was told they couldn’t send it at all because DoorDash “couldn’t find my address.” I was also refused a refund and told there was nothing they could do. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication, refusal to fix the issue, and rude attitude made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
