  I had a disappointing experience at this location yesterday afternoon while picking up an order. I waited in line patiently for a couple of minutes while the employee assisted the customer ahead of me. Once that customer stepped aside, the employee looked at me and greeted me by asking, “What you need?” I found the interaction unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Basic customer service should include simply acknowledging someone with something along the lines of, “Hi, how can I help you?” I actually responded by greeting him, asking how he was doing, and then explaining that I was there to pick up an order. The rest of the interaction was equally dismissive. He handed me the pizza, confirmed the name, and that was essentially it. I still thanked him and wished him a good day before leaving. I’m not expecting over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard when interacting with customers. This experience definitely left a negative impression of this location.

  Great pizza, great service! Just passing through but i thought the lady that took my order deserves at least me taking a whole minute out of my day for a review. Good job girl. You run that thang!

  I've lived here for a long while and this is literally the only place my grandfather will get pizza. Drives me crazy bc he wont pay for any delivery so its me driving up there, ordering and waiting for it. Anyway, for years the service(and the pizza if im being honest) has been shit really. I sit and wait for my order so ive witnessed the employees that come and go and how they run this location. Its bad. The past two times ive been here tho, ive had to double check that I went to the right one bc seriously its like a whole new store. There's a lady working here that has refreshed the meaning of customer service for me. I know it sounds like alot for a pizza hut but listen. This lady is so nice and I swear, it was dinner time and she was swamped but I didn't see any amount of the frustration (I know I would have had) on her face. The vibe is different and am I weird or does it smell cleaner in there now?? Anyway, even the pizza now is just better. Like, its not all dry anymore, there's actually SOME cheese on these. Mine was a pretty bomb pizza ngl. I dont know if she hooked me up or if thats how they're running it now but I wont be dreading pizza night anymore. Period

  All the employees and Melinda the GM there is wonderful. This Pizza Hut is amazing. They have the best customer service, best tasting and fresh pizza. Definitely need to come eat here. You won't regret it.

  WOW! What new management can do. I haven't ever sing this place look this good. You could see all the way through the kitchen and everything looked as clean as can be. And absolutely wonderful service.
