  I ordered a pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi on my lunch break. The app said it would be ready at 2:13. I pulled up to the window at 2:16 and sat there for 10 min, no one came to the window. There were absolutely no other customers in the store or at the drive thru. I finally tried calling the store; no answer. Finally at 2:30 I pulled around and parked and went inside. There was no one to be seen but I heard someone yell "I'll be with you in a minute". Several minutes later the young lady comes out and hands me my pizza, didnt ask my name or even ask if I was there to pick up a pizza. She said "you can get your drink from the fridge". I went to the fridge and it was all but empty, no pepsi at all. She said whats in the fridge is all they had left, so my choices were root beer, dr pepper, or orange soda, none of which I like. Since I'd already paid and wasted over half of my lunch break just getting my pizza, I didnt have time to wait around for a refund so I just grabbed a dr pepper. This is the worst experience I've had at this location,

  If this was my first visit and introduction to Pizza Hut, I would never return. My order was scheduled to be ready at 235, I arrived at 237, it was a 5 min drive to my place from the restaurant. The pizza was not good at all, it was barely Luke warm, felt undercooked and doughy, lightly toasted, super oily, sloppily placed in the box (all 4 pieces were already separated) customer service wasn’t there. I have business to attend to so I could not return but it was a waste of money, I had to stop elsewhere so I could have a meal to eat. Good thing is, I spent $6 bad thing is, my money was wasted 0/10 would not come again.

  We ordered pizzas For the work crew and there was an issue with the DoorDash driver that was supposed to pick up making our pizza late. They actually ended up having to re-order a DoorDash driver. They remade all the pizzas and comp the ticket. Ant called me. And explain the issue and how the pizzas out hot and fresh to us. I really appreciate the extra effort y’all went to to get the pizzas out to us hot and fresh even if they were a little late. God bless y’all.

  Ordered online for large hand tossed Pizzas and Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks to go. My favorite is the Hawaiian Luau Pizza with little pineapple bits.
