  When you order no onions and they pack your food with onions it’s never a sign you want repeat business. Regretting leaving a 25% tip now.

  Went on a Saturday evening with a group with some picky eaters. Ordered multiple entres. Everyone was pleased with their dishes. Tasty food, chill environment, friendly staff. Want to give a shout out to Abigail who was helpful, patient, and very kind to our large group!

  I had an amazing experience at this Pei Wei location, and honestly, the staff is what made it stand out the most. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed like they cared. It didn’t feel rushed or robotic like a lot of fast casual places—there was real effort in how they treated customers. My order was taken smoothly, everything came out fast, and it was exactly right. I especially want to shout out the GM, Abby. You can tell she runs a tight ship in the best way possible. She was professional, attentive, and clearly leads her team by example. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and positive, and it shows in how well the whole place operates. On top of that, the food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything tasted like it was made with care, not just thrown together. Between the great food and the outstanding customer service, this location really sets itself apart. Big respect to Abby and the team—I’ll definitely be coming back.
