  Definitely putting in a bad review and the “manager” knows I am . I came last week and had literally NO problems I come tonight, 10/9/26 and have such horrible service . However Let me clarify . I originally got in line in the drive-through and I order spicy nuggets, the response I get is “we don’t have any” and he said that to me with attitude. so I asked “well what does that mean ? Are you sold out or you don’t sell them anymore ?” All he said was “correct” . Still doesn’t classify as an answer to 2 questions i asked, but okay. so I just left out the drive though . I ended up going back 5mins later and instead order a spicy McChicken . I get to the window and there’s An older gentlemen with glasses and I ask him who’s taking the orders i asked him if he was he said no and proceeded to ask me what’s going on. I said the person that’s taking the orders is EXTREMELY RUDE . And is having an attitude that shows “i don’t wanna be at work. “ I’m not sure what’s going on, but you know don’t take it out with me and he apologize and said “I’m sorry it’s been a long day. “ I told him no problem I get it but it’s still just a way of answering the customers question for what they’re asking. After receiving my food, I realize The sandwich is greasy. I’m talking about just so entirely greasy . so I go inside and nobody acknowledges me so I have to reach out to them after waiting 5minutes to say excuse me, And I explained what problem I was having with my meal, so this young gentleman comes up to me and I tell him that the sandwich is greasy. He looks at me sideways, kind of rolls his eyes and says “it’s supposed to be greasy. “ why is it “supposed” to be greasy ??? so then I was like I wanna speak to the other guy that’s at the window he asked “why do you want to speak to him?” I asked “is HE the manager ?!” and the young one who claims he’s the manager says “I’m the manager” and then proceeds to say “How about I just give you a refund instead?” And of course says it with complete attitude like he’s had all night since I can the first time . But I didn’t ask for a refund, I said I want another sandwich but that’s fine. Just give me a refund the problem is, if you want to be at work don’t come to work. It’s that simple. No need to be rude to the people who sit in line for 20 minutes waiting on a sandwich because you all are behind on everything don’t take it out of me or anyone else for that matter . It’s a way to talk to people and the way he was talking to me just isn’t it. I will not come to this McDonald’s ever again. PHOTO ATTACHED IS SUPPOSED TO BE “THE MANAGER” . What a complete joke .

  This is actually my first-ever 1-star review, which should say a lot. I’m normally very understanding and definitely not someone who holds businesses to unrealistic standards. We ordered Deluxe McCrispy sandwiches, but both of the sandwiches we received had spicy sauce on them. My mother had already eaten about half of hers before she told us something was wrong because she didn’t want to make a scene. But we noticed that both sandwiches were made spicy, we simply asked if they could be replaced. The mistake itself honestly would not have bothered me that much. Mistakes happen. What really made the experience unpleasant was the attitude from one of the employees when we asked for the replacement. Instead of simply helping us fix an incorrect order, we were met with an obvious annoyed look and attitude, as if we were causing a problem by asking for what we originally ordered. We were polite the entire time and were not asking for anything unreasonable. Poor service and attitude over a very simple order correction is disappointing, especially when the mistake was not ours.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review My Favorite Morning Stop in McKinney! ☕️🍳 I wanted to take a moment to leave a 5-star review because this McDonald’s has honestly become part of my everyday morning routine. I own a small local business, Vibe Nail Bar, which is located right next to this McDonald’s, so I’m here very often. In fact, most mornings, I stop by to grab a coffee and sometimes breakfast before starting my day at the salon. For me, that morning coffee has become more than just a cup of coffee. It is part of my routine that helps me start the day feeling awake, energized, and ready to go. When you run a business and have a full day ahead of you, sometimes that first cup of coffee in the morning makes a huge difference! ☕️ The coffee here is great, and I really enjoy having it in the morning. It gives me that little boost I need to start a busy day. Since my nail salon is right next door, it is also incredibly convenient for me to stop in, grab my coffee, and get back to work. But what makes me keep coming back isn’t only the coffee. The employees here are wonderful. I have been coming frequently enough that I’ve had many opportunities to interact with the team, and I really appreciate how professional and welcoming they are. The employees are friendly, polite, and warm when welcoming customers. That kind of attitude makes a big difference, especially early in the morning when everyone is just starting their day. I really appreciate employees who greet customers with a positive attitude and make people feel comfortable. Even when the restaurant is busy, the team continues to handle customers professionally and respectfully. As a small business owner myself, I notice these things. I own Vibe Nail Bar, a local nail salon right next door, and every day we have the opportunity to welcome our own customers. Because of that, I understand how important customer service is. A smile, a friendly greeting, patience, and a professional attitude can completely change someone’s experience. That’s why I really appreciate the team at this McDonald’s. When I walk in for my morning coffee, I don’t feel like I’m just another person coming in and out. I feel welcomed. The employees are consistently kind and professional, and that is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy stopping here so often. Being located right next to my business makes this McDonald’s especially convenient for me. I can start my morning with coffee and breakfast, then walk right back over to Vibe Nail Bar and get ready for another busy day taking care of our clients. Sometimes the smallest parts of our daily routine become the things we appreciate the most. For me, it is that morning coffee, the familiar atmosphere, and the friendly people who are here every day. I also think local businesses should support and appreciate one another. As someone who owns a business in the neighborhood, I love seeing other businesses around us providing good service and being part of the local community. So I just wanted to say thank you to the entire team for consistently providing friendly and professional service. Thank you for the great coffee, the breakfast, the warm welcome, and for helping me start so many mornings on a positive note. ☕️😊 If you’re in the area and looking for a convenient place to grab coffee or breakfast, especially if you’re working nearby, this is definitely a place I would recommend.
