  ​I placed a mobile order to pick up upon arrival. When I arrived, the store had no record of it in their queue. A manager checked the system and aggressively informed me that I had to click "I'm Here" in the app before they would start preparing the food. ​When I politely pointed out that the entire purpose of ordering ahead via the app is to have the food ready upon arrival, the manager escalated the situation. Rather than calmly explaining store policy or offering a solution, he told me to cancel my order and demanded that I "never come back." ​This level of hostility toward a paying customer over a simple policy misunderstanding is completely unacceptable. Staff and management require immediate retraining on conflict resolution and basic customer service. I expect corporate management to review this store's staff conduct and process a full refund for this unfulfilled order immediately.

  This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Food is always fresh and hot, customer service is unmatched and I love their uniforms.

  Used an app code for a free FIFA cup with a minimum of $7 put purchase which was what the code required from App. The cup order was on my receipt, and still wanted to argue about giving it to me. Not sure why we’re arguing over something that your app offers, and over a cup that you will probably end up with extras after the world cup ends. 🤷‍♀️ Not the best way to build costumers.
