I got home only to realize that the chicken nuggets were not included in my bag for my grandson so I had to drive back to go get his lunch. I spoke with the manager when I got there telling him my nuggets were not included and I wanted fresh food because I did not want to eat cold food cause I had to drive back to pick up the item that was not in my bag for my grandson. Manager was great apologized and redid my order. I thought everything would be great. I was very appreciative of the service I got for returning my food. Well when I got home first of all, I had ordered a large fry and a Medium fry and when I got home, I had two medium french fries. That wasn’t as big a deal as the fries were cold. It was like they were sitting there for hours. It seemed like they were hard and cold. I only live five minutes away, so there’s no way that that would’ve happened if they would’ve been hot or fresh. And my quarter pounder was also cold. It seems like they just gave me my same one back because it even had my number still on top of it from my previous order I thought because I complained that everything would be good so I didn’t feel the need to like double triple quadruple check, but apparently I should have. I did not feel like driving back again.

Literally just visited this location. We walk in and there's 2 tables with customers and the drive thru has a good 5 to 6 cars. Half of the tables were dirty (mind you, the time was 12:30p). We wanted one of the two "electronic game" tables, however, both were of the numerous dirty tables. I went to the counter to ask if someone may come clean them off just as another gentleman with his young child had because they selected the other game table. The young lady I asked that of replied "ummm, sorry we're busy right now..." so I asked her if she'd just give me a wet towel and I'll wipe the two tables off, but she just turned and walked away. We just stood beside the table we chose to sit at, because the bench was quite dirty and food covered as well, while we waited on someone to come wipe the table. Suddenly she brings us our food and hands me the tray (?!?!) and turns to walk back behind the counter. I stopped her amd asked her if we may please have the table cleaned so we could actually SIT DOWN to eat and she again said, I'm sorry but he's busy... and again I asked, would you give ME a clean towel so that I may wipe the table off, and she turned around and went to take an order for someone standing at the register. She just refused to allow me to clean a table (that we may sit down to eat the food already brought out to us), but she also conceded to, the lobby person was just too busy to take care of that issue?!?! The other party (the gentleman and his young son) at the other game table... he had to grab napkins, wet them, and wipe the table off himself!! Eventually, the lobby person did make his way out and immediately began taking trash out, instead of cleaning tables first (mind you, plenty others had now walked in to order, by now). When he FINALLY began wiping tables, he used one towel....on everything! He wiped seats, chairs, tables, and smeared the glass on the doors....all with one wet towel, that he never rinsed from wiping one thing to the next. He just went around the dining room wiping from one seat/table/glass door, to the next, with that one single towel.... THAT was as UNSANITARY as it gets!!! 20 some years ago I was a supervisor for McDonald's and we all had to be ServeSafe Certified, so trust me when I say, I absolutely would NOT recommend eating ANY FOOD that hits those actual tabletops!!!!! NOT EVER!!!!! .....I wonder if this McDonald's is self-owned..... Regardless, we absolutely won't EVER return to this particular location. This makes me seriously consider the levels they actually take with the care of the food consumption practices, now.

Well Guy, It never really ceases to amaze me how very undertrained employees can be at these establishments. It vexes me and perplexes me. I never really drink coffee straight up black this much you know. Perhaps if they added a "No Dairy" option in their mobile ordering customization sequence. When it said "No Cream" it really did throw them for a loop didn't it? Maybe they were playing it up, They did after all leave the window open. Disgusting and vulgar language coming out of that man's mouth. Continuously and very loudly questioning if it was meant to be black. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and only asked for "No Cream." I get a bitter, flavorless, cup of torture. No caramel in there whatsoever. They really suggest you cut the pounds right with this one. You'll definitely be staying awake on that one! What a sick joke.

The young curly haired male manager who wears a jacket saying Luis (but he says his name isn’t Luis) needs to be fined directly from the health department and forced to retake a food handlers class! He handed me the wrong order. I told him it was wrong. He asked for it back. I handed it to him where he proceeded to sit it down by the window. He got my correct order and grabbed the bag and drink like he was ready to hand it out when I pulled off. I stopped and told him my bare hand touched that biscuit so he cannot hand it out. He told me to get out of his drive thru. I said no I want to speak with a manager. He said he was. I said a different one. He said the other one is on break. I told him I wasn’t moving until he threw it away. He proceed to say he was calling the police. I got out to tell the lady behind me when I got back to the window he finally threw it away. I’ve seen food handed back in many times and the same crumbled bad handed right back out the window- not even re bagged! Attempting to locate the owner of this location to give feedback directly. If that fails I’m calling the health department.
