Literally just visited this location. We walk in and there's 2 tables with customers and the drive thru has a good 5 to 6 cars. Half of the tables were dirty (mind you, the time was 12:30p). We wanted one of the two "electronic game" tables, however, both were of the numerous dirty tables. I went to the counter to ask if someone may come clean them off just as another gentleman with his young child had because they selected the other game table. The young lady I asked that of replied "ummm, sorry we're busy right now..." so I asked her if she'd just give me a wet towel and I'll wipe the two tables off, but she just turned and walked away. We just stood beside the table we chose to sit at, because the bench was quite dirty and food covered as well, while we waited on someone to come wipe the table. Suddenly she brings us our food and hands me the tray (?!?!) and turns to walk back behind the counter. I stopped her amd asked her if we may please have the table cleaned so we could actually SIT DOWN to eat and she again said, I'm sorry but he's busy... and again I asked, would you give ME a clean towel so that I may wipe the table off, and she turned around and went to take an order for someone standing at the register. She just refused to allow me to clean a table (that we may sit down to eat the food already brought out to us), but she also conceded to, the lobby person was just too busy to take care of that issue?!?! The other party (the gentleman and his young son) at the other game table... he had to grab napkins, wet them, and wipe the table off himself!! Eventually, the lobby person did make his way out and immediately began taking trash out, instead of cleaning tables first (mind you, plenty others had now walked in to order, by now). When he FINALLY began wiping tables, he used one towel....on everything! He wiped seats, chairs, tables, and smeared the glass on the doors....all with one wet towel, that he never rinsed from wiping one thing to the next. He just went around the dining room wiping from one seat/table/glass door, to the next, with that one single towel.... THAT was as UNSANITARY as it gets!!! 20 some years ago I was a supervisor for McDonald's and we all had to be ServeSafe Certified, so trust me when I say, I absolutely would NOT recommend eating ANY FOOD that hits those actual tabletops!!!!! NOT EVER!!!!! .....I wonder if this McDonald's is self-owned..... Regardless, we absolutely won't EVER return to this particular location. This makes me seriously consider the levels they actually take with the care of the food consumption practices, now.
