  Went for breakfast this morning. Rude employee. Had to ask multiple times for sugar butter etc. pancakes were cold. Very poor service and quality.

  Must of been a tough morning. I get it. But you don’t have to be rude when I am just waiting for my breakfast in morning. Just understand some people understand Spanish and can understand what “…. tu madre. “ and other things mean. Just asking for my coke, I ordered. Very rude man in drive thru in Am shift today. Not the first time too. I work close and get breakfast often there….use too. Also, Is it standard practice to place your finger on the straw hole and shake your fountain drink? And it was a Diet Coke ☠️. I know you guys have cameras, would love to discuss in more detail. I have one more specific example as well. But, per usual sure it will all fall on deaf ears. I did email Mr. Micky D too🤷‍♂️. Moral of story-choose kindness, it goes a long way. No need to talk to customers like that. Kind of shock really. Sorry will never be back here for sure just cause of staff.

  Went to pick up a DoorDash order, and I felt like ordering a mocha frappe, turns out the frappe machine “wasn’t working” pulled up to the window to pick up the order; and I asked to manager; I’m assuming it was, I asked her if they were serving frappes, she deliberately ignored me and walked away. Very rude and disrespectful.
