  This restaurant continuesly disappoints. On 5/13/26 we waited in line over 25 minutes for our order. 25 MINUTES! We have been ordering here for almost two years and come at least five times a week. The service is always slow but this time was ridiculous. Other customers were peeling out of the drive through because it was taking so long. To make it worse the person taking the money looked like a deer in headlights when asked why. THEN at the pickup window, the kid handing out the orders was extremely RUDE when I asked him why this was taking so long. I then asked for a manager and he pointed and said to call the number on the window. I said ok could you please write it down for me AND HE REFUSED! I asked his name and he stated "I'm not gonna give you my name". WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION?! No customer service. High staff turnover. Managers nonexistent. I've called the location several times over several days to try and reach the GENERAL MANAGER STEPHANIE, and not one time has my call been answered. This McDonald's is a joke.

  This place is just as bad as the other one on Eldorado and hardin. Dont go to either one!

  i went there today in the morning and there was a very respectful lady giving my order on the drive tru, and i heard how her staff were treating her so bad because she apparently were new on the place, i was completely dissatisfied with this people and how they want to be with their new employees!!! u guys don’t do nothing about it never, i’ve been reading y’all reviews and the most are the same complaining about the ppl who works there. It’s time to change this
