- YJYamini Joshi3 days ago1.0Bakery lady looked at me in disgust when I walked in and when I asked for help to find bread she laughed and told me to “find it yourself” and “you don’t know what you want” How do I not know what I want lol I asked for sourdough. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Never had an experience like this anywhere else. The crowd is also weird towards POC. Avoid.

She is a very kind, patient, and caring lady with outstanding customer service skills. This is my favorite store, and have been shopping here for 20 years, and will continue to do so.

And it came out so delicious, we even gave some to the wait staff at dinner last night, they even took pictures of the box to see where the cake came from! Thank you to market street bakery in McKinney!! Only weird thing that wasn’t them - the balloon floral area, the young girl was a bit dismissive of helping me pick balloons out, and at the checkout she put on her little lamented sheet that I took to the cashier not the same $ I chose. Not sure if she was paying attention but basically I was going to be overcharged if it wasn’t for me and the 2 cashiers at checkout noticing.
