- OOO.R6 days ago1.0I always seem to have issues with my orders at Kolache Factory. They constantly give me the wrong food, and when you order through the drive-thru, they leave you waiting for 10 minutes or more without any explanation. The whole point of using the drive-thru is to get your order quickly, not to sit there waiting forever. They really need to pay more attention to orders and improve their customer service. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the service I expect.

- JFJoshua FJul 25, 20261.090% of the time that I got they are out of the flavors that my family wants. Instead I try to order online but it always quotes me ~1hour pickup time. So then I try to calm ahead to see if they have the flavors that I want in stock but nobody answers the phone. I wanted to provide some feedback to a manager because I like the staff and I want to see the place successful, but the manager doesn’t work on the busiest time of the week (Saturday and Sunday mornings). Instead they leave their staff floundering and wondering what to do when something goes wrong. So the person at the front gives me a number to call the manager and the number just calls the store. The same staff member who gave me the manager number answered the phone when I called it lol.
