They constantly give me the wrong food, and when you order through the drive-thru, they leave you waiting for 10 minutes or more without any explanation. The whole point of using the drive-thru is to get your order quickly, not to sit there waiting forever. They really need to pay more attention to orders and improve their customer service. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the service I expect.
