- DEDana EvansMay 7, 20264.0I love H-E-B. I lived in San Antonio for 17 years and there’s an H-E-B on every corner there. This location does not have a customer service counter. And that’s very unfortunate. When I went to redeem a lottery ticket, I was told I had to do that in a checkout line, and then the manager had to train the person in the checkout line how to do it. This is what the customer service counter is for along with selling stamps, utility payments, Renting carpet cleaners, Doing wire transfers, etc. This location also has a very strange layout. I’ve stopped going and I’m now going to Kroger. Unfortunate.

Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a huge difference, and she truly understands the meaning of top-tier customer service. A huge thank you to her for the help with the Salmon Snackers—they are fantastic! It’s team members like Crystal who make this H-E-B my go-to spot. Highly recommended!

I have tried some exclusive HEB products and have fallen in looooove! No joke. Rotisserie chicken salad? Yes please! Cookies and Cream Ice Cream? Dare I say I may like it more than Bluebell? And your tortillas....no explanation needed there. You got a customer for life, yall!!
