Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. The skinny jalepeno margarita was made wonderfully and I enjoyed every last drop. We normally go to the Rockwall location but this place was very nice. Love this area!

The best item on the menu is gone replaced with something awful. The chimichurri. The only reason this place is the best. The executive that made the decision to change it needs a new job, probably not in the food industry. The green chimichurri was something we would order regularly, in large tubs. Now reduced to some red chimichurri crap. Change it back. You’ve lost me until then
