  This is a new store. It's very clean and the food was perfectly prepared. We ordered a three piece and two piece meal. The staff is friendly. We'll be back!

  I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but felt compelled during this last visit after having been here many times. Takes forever at the drive through, can’t get the order right to save their lives, and bottom-tier food quality…all around no. We loved EPL in CA but it’s just no bueno here.

  Incomplete order - missing two items. They overpack a family order into one bag. It spilled all over vehicle…second occurrence. Food is good, well-priced and staff is courteous.

  Use to live in California where they have pollo loco’s everywhere. Me and my wife got surprised to see this while driving. Pollo Loco has always been consistent. Good chicken, quality food, salsa’s and customer service. Very friendly staff.

  There was so much delicious food to choose from, and everything my family and I ordered was amazing! A special shoutout to Precious and Aracely—they provided outstanding customer service and truly made us feel like family. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, which made the experience even better. It's a wonderful place to bring your family, enjoy a great meal, and not have to spend a fortune. We will definitely be coming back!
