- PPpankti patelMay 13, 20261.0I visited Einstein Bros. Bagels today and had a disappointing experience with customer service. I ordered from the deli lunch menu, which includes a bag of chips by default. When my order was handed to me, the chips were missing, so I politely asked the server about them. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, the employee seemed irritated and handed me two bags of chips. When I asked why she gave me two instead of one, she responded by saying that I had asked for it, which was completely untrue. I never asked for extra chips — I only asked for the chips that already came with my meal. My concern is not about the chips themselves, but about the attitude and professionalism. Customers should not be made to feel like they are asking for something extra when they are simply requesting what is already included in their order. I chose not to argue further because I was getting late for work, but the interaction left a very negative impression.
