I usually call ahead to see if they have my favorite kind of donuts, which the pne in Princeton does NOT, so I gladly drivea little bit to reach this Dunkin! So thankful you guys still carry the Vanilla Cream Filled Donuts!!!!! <3 Dunkin is awesome, and this Dunkin at 380 and Hardin is THE BEST!!!

When I was getting my order taken, the lady kept constantly interrupting me saying “huh,” “what,” “sorry,” and I said can I please finish talking before you interrupt me and she said I am the one being rude because I’m not speaking loud enough for her which I’m basically yelling into the microphone. The hashbrowns and drink were fine and so were two of the donuts, but the third one was not filled with cream as I asked because I ordered vanilla cream and they said they don’t have that and I said yes you do because I get it all the time and I do. I mean seriously what is going on yall. I told the nice girl at the register because I know it was not her that took my order that I felt very rudely treated and it was unprofessional for her to act like that and she apologized after her behalf and then the lady who apparently took the order to the window and tried to start another argument So I said go get me my food and then your manager and they said the manager is not here today so luckily I had to get to work on time and I said I would be calling corporate.

We ordered a dozen filled donuts and two coffees, one of which was supposed to be decaf. After waiting about 15 minutes in the drive-thru, we were handed two regular coffees instead. We had to check the labels ourselves before realizing the mistake and went back inside. That’s when we were told there wasn’t any decaf brewed, so we had to wait another 5–10 minutes while they made a fresh pot. In total, we spent nearly 25 minutes at Dunkin’ for two coffees and a dozen donuts. Mistakes happen, but the long wait and lack of preparation made for a very frustrating experience.

You don’t make donuts at that time you just sell what you have….. we kept asking if they were taking orders and the answer was we close in 5 mins ok so can you answer if you are taking orders or not, is it hard?
