I personally witnessed a staff member proceed to proceed to begin taking order without washing her hands. She was cleaning the walls of the kitchen and didn’t realize customer presence at the register. When I asked her to please wash her hands before serving me she looked at me with bewilderment. No Ty. I am not placing an order for food. I am well aware of Dunkin’s procedure with regards to handwashing and called corporate back in mass to report.

Sure, the donuts and coffee are a little high, but like everything else, it's still fairly reasonable. Sometimes I also get a 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi as well. Pepsi is my favorite soda.

From the moment I walked in, everything was great Josh greeted me right away with a huge smile and made me feel completely welcome. Since it was my first time at any Dunkin’, I had a few questions about the menu, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to explain the different drinks and food options, gave recommendations, and made the whole ordering process easy and enjoyable. Priya was just as amazing. She made my drink perfectly and even double-checked that everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she takes pride in her work. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and honestly one of the best cups I’ve ever had. The donuts were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. The store itself was clean and had a really positive atmosphere. Between the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service from Josh and Priya, my first visit was amazing in every way. If this is what Dunkin’ is like, I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Josh and Priya for making my first experience such a great one!
