  So happy to have a Dave and Buster here in McKinney. The place is hugeeee with a bunch of renovated games. The location itself is new yes but very clean and well maintained. The food was HOT and delicious. Our sever Melanie was sweet and quick with our service. Bartender GiGi was patient with us and so helpful. During our visit the managers welcomed us in and checked on us throughout our time there. 10/10 our new weekly spot

  We've been 4 or 5 times since they have opened and had dinner there for the first time tonight. Monica was our server and she was nothing short of amazing. Drinks stayed full, service was prompt and food came out quick. Just walking around the game area the staff is always friendly and helpful.

  The staff is great. It's brand new so it's nice and clean. BUT - it's centered around small children. There's no billiards, golf simulation, nothing really for adults. Be careful if you get an all-day play card bc it caps out your tickets at 1500.

  Great new location, but not including pool tables was a big missed opportunity. For families in McKinney, having pool tables would give adults something to enjoy while the kids play games, without having to drive all the way to Frisco.

  The place itself is great, but unfortunately, the customer service left me very disappointed. I purchased two All-Day Passes for my family for about $110, which I felt was a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for about an hour before something unexpected came up and we had to leave. The following day, I contacted Dave & Buster’s and spoke with two different managers to explain the situation and ask if we could return and use the passes again since we had barely had an opportunity to use them. I understand that having to leave was due to circumstances on my end, and I’m not blaming the business for that. However, I was hoping for a little more understanding and flexibility from the management team. To me, great customer service is about making an effort to accommodate customers when reasonable, especially when they’ve spent $110 and received very little value from their purchase. The facility itself is great, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. I hope management takes situations like this into consideration because good customer service can make a huge difference in whether a customer wants to come back
