- ABAL Byone3 days ago2.0Went in at around 7pm lines were long. As I waited I watched as a staff member reached into a bucket retrived a rag ang rang it out. Then proceeded to wipe down the bar area as it was very messy. When I finally made it to the front of the line they were out of most all of the meats and condiments. I left. Went to another chipotle. Still out of meats, but compromised.

I waited 40 minutes for my order, All while more than 50 other people walked in, ordered their food at the counter per usual, and walked out with their food before I received mine. Absolutely absurd. Even though they were super busy, she never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything on the menu since it was my first time eating here. As an older customer, I sometimes feel as if I need to hurry or that I’m being a burden, but this young lady was so patient and never made me feel that way. She answered all of my questions with a smile and made ordering so easy! My burrito bowl was made PERFECTLY, exactly how I wanted it, and her kindness and positive attitude honestly made my whole visit so much better. You can tell she is truly a sweet girl who cares about customers. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again. Thank you for making my first Chipotle experience such a great one! P.S The food was DELICIOUS!
