  Of all my experiences over the past decade dining at Chipotle Mexican Grill locations, including restaurants I have visited while traveling and even airport locations, this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. The overall condition of the restaurant and the quality of service fell far below reasonable expectations. The first issue I noticed was the uncleanliness of the serving and dining areas. The food counter appeared dirty and poorly maintained, creating an unprofessional atmosphere that immediately raised concerns about sanitation and food handling standards. Several areas of the restaurant looked neglected, which made the dining experience uncomfortable and unappetizing. In addition, the food quality was extremely disappointing. The meat selection appeared old and was served cold rather than fresh and properly heated. The overall taste of the meal was poor, cold, and highly unsatisfactory. Due to the unpleasant condition of the restaurant interior, I chose to eat outside on the patio instead of remaining inside the dining area. Even then, the meal itself did not improve the experience and failed to meet even basic expectations for freshness and quality. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. The staff rushed me through the ordering process without allowing enough time to review my options, making the interaction feel impersonal and dismissive. To make matters worse, my side order of rice was completely forgotten. Having part of my order missing after already feeling rushed added to my frustration and disappointment. Overall, I left highly dissatisfied with the cleanliness, food quality, taste, and level of customer service provided during my visit. Needless to say I will not be returning!

  I’ve been really disappointed with this Chipotle lately. When this location first opened, it was easily one of the best in the area, but unfortunately it now feels like one of the worst. My most recent order was awful. The rice was undercooked, the overall food quality was poor, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I tried calling the store to speak with someone directly, but the phone system only allows you to place an order and does not give an option to reach the location. I understand restaurants have off days, but this location has declined significantly. I hope management takes a closer look at the food quality and customer experience, because this used to be a great spot.

  2 out of 3 orders were wrong. 3rd was just skimpy: hardly any chicken (much less than normal), and hardly any lettuce.

  Received half of the order in the mobile drive thru. Never had this happen before at any other location I've been to but happened twice here after I gave the new location a shot. Got a drink as compensation when reporting this... Safe to say never purchase drive thru from this location.

  I was absoutely embarrassed, humiliated, and mortified today... I've never been so embarrassed in the entirety of my life!!! I purchased 3 BOGO for wearing my Hockey Jersey today (nothing extra). At checkout the Guy (Mexican Guy around the age of 45) wanted to charge me $45 and some change for 3 BOGO. I was telling the Guy that the math is incorrect, but He simply refused to listen to me. I kept trying to convey to Him that it should be no more than $35 with tax for 3 BOGO with regular Chicken nothing extra). He argued with me infront of the entirety of the customers for 10 mins (The line was substantially long). I kept asking Him, "Sir will you please listen to me because you're not listening to me at all." He was so full of pride that He wouldn't listen me as I kept explaining I only have 3 BOGO. After 10 minutes of Him holding up the line and arguing with me finally a young Woman Intervened and retified the issue immediately! It turns out He was wrong and I was right the entirety of the time! I conveyed to Her thank you soooooo much for intervention! I asked the RUDE GUY for His name, but He simply refused to tell me (He wasn't wearing a name tag). Not only was the Guy wrong, but HE WAS RUDE AND WRONG AND GAVE ME ATTITUDE FROM THE COMMENCEMENT! To top things off the Manger was sitting there the entirety of the time and didn't Intervene. After my transaction I approached Him nicely pertaining to the situation and He simply ignored me... HOW RUDE! I've never been so embarrassed in the entirety of my life! What made it even more embarrassing was the simple fact I was the only African American... I'll never return to this location! (The food was just ok... The portions were extremely small and some of the Chicken was hard).
