  This was my second visit to a Chipotle location after the first failing to meet anyone's standards. I ordered 2 bowls with double meat had to pay 12 extra dollars for the extra meat here and had to settle for one kind of meat since all the other I wanted was gone at 7:30pm. Needless to say for a bowl and some chips it was over 45$. We wont be visiting any Chipotle locations anymore.

  I recently went and tried to redeem a BOGO voucher on my account and it did not work. The staff were unable to do so even though they confirmed they saw the deal was showing on my account. They said there was nothing they could do, could not redeem any other offer I had, and said I would just have to order online next time or hope their scanner works next time. They did not offer any solution other than pressuring me to pay and leave. I also was told they were out of guac when there was guac clearly visible behind the staff serving the counter. Online customer service offered a free drink valid for 30 days and said it could not do anything either. A poor response to the issues. I will not be returning to a store with poor service and accommodation.

  The 3.1 rating seems high to be honest. We have had a lot of good experiences lately at other Chipotle locations but this new location was not as good as any others. The employees existed but did not really smile or greet you as all other locations we have gone to have. The top of the beans (both types) were dried out and hard, to the point of being indelible in some bites I took (we were one of the first customers in for the day). The meat was good and tender but the portions we were given seemed like less than we usually get at other locations. Some of our chips were not fully cooked.. were still wet from the oil and soft/mushy. But at least my son’s Quesadilla was good. When they put our food on a tray, they put it all on one tray instead of giving us 2 trays with some things on top of each other making it hard to carry… and the 1 tray they did give us was dirty and already had food and liquid on it. When we went to get utensils, there were 5 containers of spoons and no forks making the burrito bowl a little harder to eat as lettuce and spoons don’t work well together 😂 While we were there eating, I’m not sure if they burned something or if the fans stopped working while they were cooking, but there was a lot of burnt smoke smell in the restaurant for about 5 minutes. We probably won’t return to this location and will go to other locations in the area.

  If I could give this place lower then a one star I would. It is a complete waste of time and it seemed like none of the food was ready and prepped. There is no sense of urgency at all even with a line. No one there looks like they want to be there. I left and drove to the chipotle further away and almost bet you I beat the line in there.

  Today around 4:30 PM CST, I visited the Chipotle location at 380 & Custer. My experience started off fine, but unfortunately changed when one employee began preparing my order. I ordered two bowls. She (white) prepared one and then asked again what else I needed. I repeated my order, and while preparing the second bowl, she appeared visibly irritated and made comments under her breath that were loud enough for me to hear. When I asked her what she had said, she ignored me and acted as though nothing had happened. What made the situation even more concerning was that, earlier, I witnessed what appeared to be a similar interaction involving a Black couple, who also asked the cashier to speak with a manager. I am asking Chipotle management to please review what happened and address this employee’s behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect regardless of their race or background. If there are concerns about an employee’s conduct, management should take them seriously and make sure staff understand what professional customer service looks like. I hope this location takes this complaint seriously and provides appropriate training and accountability so other customers don’t have a similar experience.
