  I am very disappointed in this location. I’ve been going to this Chipotle for years!!!!! And today was definitely the last time. I’m not one to write bad reviews but the service I had today was horrible. I was very excited to go for the buy one get one free if you wear your school shirt promotion. From the start I was happy because the restaurant was not full, there was a bit of a line but it was not crazy busy. We didn’t even get a proper hello or welcome in they just asked us what we wanted. All the workers seemed really annoyed, when I was asked what meat I wanted I said steak and I got the smallest amount of steak ever, I proceeded to ask the girl for a bit more and she then scooped up three more pieces of steak into my burrito. I just thought to myself wow, maybe the portions changed since I last came in. But since I am paying for steak I was just hoping to get a decent amount in my burrito. We had to wait a few minutes before we got the rest of our toppings so my burrito and my sisters bowl were just sitting there getting cold… then when it came to be my turn to ask for toppings I asked politely for pico, corn and I said I was going to want green sauce on the side before asking for the rest of my toppings the girl very rudely said “ BUT WHAT ON THE BURRITO???” I was like ok, maybe I couldn’t asked or it at the end but she had to reason to talk like that to me. Whatever she gave me my toppings and then had to ask again what I wanted on the side. And when it came to check out one of the girls kept telling the person checking us out that my sisters bowl was STEAK.. it was in fact not steak is was Barbacoa… the girl just kept saying no it’s steak it’s steak!! I’m not sure if she was trying to over charge us or she was just making an innocent mistake. The rice was also a bit hard. To say the least my sister and I were also going to order chips and guacamole but the service was so horrible we just decided to get our bowl and burrito and we took our business down the road to Valerie’s tacos and got ourselves yummy chips and guacamole and great customer service. I will no longer be eating at this location. I understand today may have been busy and frustrating but you should still always greet and treat each customer the way you would want to be treated. I have worked in restaurants before and I would never talk to a customer in that manner or with so much attitude especially if they are being kind.

  It was clean. Wasn't crowded. The staff was friendly. The food was fresh. 👍🏽 I'll be returning with bells on! 😉 10 out of 10! 😁
