  Portions were awful and worker was so rude and acted so bothered. I asked for a bit more steak on my kids byo tacos because it wasn’t even filled half way. Very rushed, very rude, very unaccommodating.

  Where do I even start? I’ve been coming here since high school and loved coming by but the quality of food & service has plummeted over the last 5 years. Every time I have been by it’s gotten worse and worse without fail. My online order was scheduled for 7:30 and despite having 3 customers in line and plenty of staff around (looked like 3 workers at the to-go section alone), I wasn’t acknowledged until almost ten minutes after the scheduled time and it still wasn’t ready. Got my food closer to 7:45 only to find all of my food was mislabeled with stickers not even in my order so I had to take the time to go back and ask for the right food when they told me that it was right but mislabeled. Given there was no reason for trust at this point, I also had to take the time to empty my bag and verify my two bowls and burrito one by one. What is the point of ordering online when I have to deal with this many hassles? Oh but don’t worry it’s a good thing I tipped for such quality service when placing my order that delayed my food by 15 minutes. Get it together or close down.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could give it a NO star I WOULD. 1 encounter: in the line the server removed the queso container and went over my food bowl dripping condensation and whatever else bc they’re not clean containers INTO my bowl. 2nd encounter: a small bug on my chicken! I was giving the benefit of the doubt for going again but NEVER AGAIN.

  This was my first time visiting this location, and it will absolutely be my last. I visited on Monday, August 3, and my experience was beyond unacceptable. The restaurant was dirty, and several items were not stocked. While placing my order, an employee added an ingredient that I specifically did not request. After I politely asked for my bowl to be remade, she corrected the mistake, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. Two employees immediately began insulting and mocking me because I asked for my order to be remade. They made racist remarks toward me and also made comments about my sexuality by repeatedly calling me “girl” and making statements such as “your kind.” Their behavior was disrespectful, degrading, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager on duty and that everyone working was “just an employee” with no authority to address the situation. What made the experience even more disturbing was that the non-African American customers in the restaurant appeared to be treated with courtesy and respect, while the African American customers who were present including myself, were treated with hostility, disrespect, and subjected to racist remarks. No customer should ever be treated differently because of the color of their skin or subjected to discriminatory comments. A simple request to have my order corrected should never result in insults, racism, or discriminatory treatment. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a customer. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, I will be pursuing the appropriate legal channels. Chipotle should thoroughly investigate this incident, hold those responsible accountable, and ensure that no other customer has to endure the type of treatment that we experienced.
