- JCJoy Chauhan4 days ago1.0This is the 3rd time in a month and again been disappointed visit. We also go to different locations but this is the worst of all. Today server was on the phone while we were waiting for her. All the portions were so little and whenever we ask for little more ofcourse she would make faces and was rushing us to finish. There was no one behind us. CEO says just ask for little more and when we do we are treated badly.

The service could also be improved, I stated numerous times to NOT add cheese to my meal, and they did it anyway. And when they finally got it correct (Which took about 15 minutes) it was average at best. There are plenty of better chipotles and this is probably the worst one in this area I've eaten at. Go somewhere else.

Initially, we were informed that hard shell tacos were unavailable, which was disappointing. Additionally, when preparing my child’s meal, the portion served was noticeably insufficient, and the employee responded with an eye roll, which was inappropriate. To add to the experience, loud music was playing from behind the grill, making the environment feel chaotic and uncomfortable. Overall, the level of service and atmosphere did not meet expectations.
