- CVColin VossMay 11, 20261.0I have never been to a rude Chick-fil-A in my life. I’ve maybe had slow service at one point, but I’ve never been to a rude one. The workers aren’t near as nice as they are at every other Chick-fil-A. Their customer service sucks the women that work there are rude as hell. Y’all don’t even say my pleasure anymore. It’s crazy you have workers acting like they don’t wanna work there. I’ve never seen that at Chick-fil-A.

I asked for a burrito scramble, and received the bowl instead. We both got parfaits with granola, but the granola was missing for both. And to top it all off, we didn’t even get spoons to eat them with. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location unless it’s made right.
