- EBEddie Bishop4 days ago3.0Only one lane processes orders for non app users. Food was a little slow, and they won’t do military discount unless you pay at the window. It’s the most inefficient chic fil around here. Just go to any other one in the area.

The manager is a smug condescending jerk who refuses to break "policy" in order to fix their own mistakes. Will never be back again. I would rather drive further than go to this location.

They get orders wrong all the time, terrible customer service and attitude when you ask them to fix it, and the chicken sometimes seems really chewy and stale. Just last week my drive thru order was a salad with nuggets and I got home and the salad was just lettuce, no meat on it at all. WHY CANT THEY EVER GET THE ORDERS RIGHT?! It happens probably 95% of the time we order here something is wrong. Also their refill policy is infuriating. If you go to eat outside at the outside tables they won’t let you come inside for a refill, even if it’s just a few mins later and you have ordered dine-in. No other locations do this. Seriously, just drive the extra few minutes to the amazing Gates of Prosper location and thank me later :)
