  I love Cava, but not this location. The bowls are always half way full no matter what time I go and my order is always missing something. Tonight it was the pita crisps on my bowl, other times my pita chips. It's very frustrating. I'll start going to other locations at this rate 🥲

  We love Cava and this location is normally decent. It really depends on who is working at the time. Sometimes the food is not so fresh or has been sitting too long. We ordered delivery for greens/grains bowls. 1 with steak, 1 with salmon. My wife’s salmon bowl was delicious and as ordered, however, my steak bowl was missing the Persian cucumber (one of my faves). I’m assuming maybe they didn’t want to thaw out or cut more as it was only 5pm. To make up for it and hope I didn’t notice, they dumped about 3/4 cup of olives into my bowl. I’m also assuming they were low on basmati rice, because there was only about 1/2 cup under the lettuce. I was starving, so I didn’t stop to take pics. I do have 1 photo from DoorDash, which brings me to my last gripe, the bag was not sealed.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA in McKinney! The food was fresh, delicious, and everything tasted amazing. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great. The employee who helped me was so friendly and welcoming. She even gave me a complimentary bag of chips because I had to wait a little longer for my order, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Great customer service and a genuinely kind experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Food took absolutely way too long. Lady said it would be 3 mins and it took about 25-30 mins when I was the only one waiting by in the pick up line. Mind you, I ordered ahead. Rude staff, didn’t update me on what was taking so long. Definitely wouldn’t want to go back there if I don’t have to. Better cava locations elsewhere in the area. Train your staff to have better customer service.

  Very disappointing lunch experience today. The workers were nice and friendly but the entire place was filthy every table was dirty and the floors and table needed to be cleaned. Seriously, disappointed. I had to eat outside and it’s a hot day. The chicken was very greasy and Then I get to the end of my checkout and they tell me that they’re almost out of the Greek vinaigrette!? How do you have Greek salad on the menu and you don’t have a Greek vinaigrette make that make sense to me?! Not to mention many of the drink, options were empty see the pictures. I took overall horrible experience. I’ll never come back to this location again ever! Hopefully, I don’t get food poisoning. This place needs to be shut down cause if this place is filthy and dirty out here I can only imagine the cleanliness behind the counters.! Come on, you can do better than this! Next time I’m gonna make the trip to the Legacy West location cause it’s a whole different dining experience paid $40 for this completely not worth it. I wish I could get my money back. You couldn’t pay me to eat this.
