  I really love Cava but the service is so inconsistent. Every time I go in person to order I never have an issue but when I go through the DT mobile pick up they are ALWAYS missing something in my order. 4-5 times they have forgotten my brownie. They have also forgotten my dressing 3 times. I can tell that the mobile service is neglected compared to in store.

  I had a really good experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and filling, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Everything tasted great and the portions were good for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  Sadly to say this location is awful. First I wanna start off my saying when I visit the last time I placed an online order and thinking that I was going to get what I ordered (not to mention i paid extra for fafel) I went in and my food had not been started on when I placed the order online ahead of time at home before I got there. Get to the location and they say that they were out of fafel but online did not specific that so I had to get something i really didnt want. 2 days later thought ill give this location another try well went online to order and dont have anything but the bare minimum in-stock so I called the store because I thought it qas a glitch. The young man that answer the phone said "Hello" ????? Ummm I thought i was calling a residential at first because of the greeting that I received. Over all just very disappointed in the lack of customer service. This location needs to do better because WOW

  I really like Cava because the food feels fresh and customizable without becoming overly complicated. The bright Mediterranean atmosphere works well for a quick lunch or casual dinner, and their fresh lemonades and seasonal drinks are a great complement to the food. It’s one of my favorite fast-casual options when I want something lighter.

  This location is terrible at cooking brown rice. I have been here on multiple occasions and the brown rice is hard and uncooked. The servers do not attempt to accommodate you when having to come all the way back to the establishment due to your food being undercooked. Terrible service
