  The Food was great per the chain's recipes. I was handed less change then what was owed. Be sure to count your change before leaving the window.

  The manager should talk to customers with respect instead of being defensive he doesn’t habe enough staff. That is it the paying customers issue at all.

  Didn’t realize the Bojangles not on the East coast will be serving ONLY tenders. $40 for 12 small chicken ‘tenders’ is insane. The lady taking our order got everything wrong. A supervisor/manager had to refund the order and redo the whole thing. Plus waiting another 15 minutes in front to get our food. The place was completely empty. Mac and cheese was bland, coleslaw is dry, tenders are dry, dirty rice is like mush, and the ‘iced’ tea was warm. No wonder this place is empty.

  Food is ok same thing you will get anywhere else, Having every car pull forward and wait 10 minutes is not ok you have 8 items on the menu. What poor management

  If you look at most of my reviews I tend to be really lenient and a place really needs to mess up to get a bad review. I had been wanting to get to this place since it opened and have never been to a bojangles before and will probably never go back other than to get a box of biscuits. Truth be told that is the only thing I ordered that was outstanding. I ordered at the window and the person asked me to pull forward and wait for my order. I expected they had to make my food fresh and it took about 5 minutes. not too bad. but by the time I got home the tenders were not hot at all. And the messed up my order. I ordered a 4 pc combo w/ fries added a baked mac and cheese and a chicken sandwich. They did not mess up the sandwich. I looked at my receipt and it looks like the girl subbed the mac and cheese for my fries so I go no fries. I also ordered the Peach Honey pepper sauce but that was no where to be found either. The biscuit was fresh and tasty so if your in the mood for a biscuit that would be the only thing I would say was exceptional. Also If you are adverse to any spice you need to stay away. This had enough spice for my wife to ask me if I ordered a spicy chicken. I love spice so it was OK for me.
