  Dang y’all .. these reviews are not good and they ain’t lying. Came in to get a family pack. Didn’t wait long but when I got home a sauce was missing. The tenders were good but you can tell they had been sitting around for some time. Also, my unsweetened ice tea tasted like it was “steeped” a week ago. I hope upper management is seeing these reviews. Y’all can’t come into an already competitive tenders market and do a half-ass job. People won’t tolerate it.

  I used to love Bojangles when i was stationed in North Carolina. In texas, it's disappointing. Tenders are $2 a piece and they're the size of small nuggets. Plus the staff is really rude. Not going back - they ruined it.

  Literally no reason to online order ahead. So unorganized, they don't make your food until several minutes after checking in. May come back for dine in, but 2 identical experiences and they aren't efficient at all... food tastes decent at least

  This was my first and definitely my last time going to Bojangles. I ordered the 3 Chicken Tenders Combo, but they gave me the wrong drink, barely any fries, and didn’t include any sauce. When I went back through the drive-thru to let them know, the manager had an attitude and argued with me, even though I was polite the entire time. It’s not right for a manager to argue with a customer who is simply trying to get their order corrected. Customer service was very disappointing, and the overall experience was not worth it. No thank you—I won’t be coming back.

  Food is good, however we went the first time and they were out of basically everything. Decided to give it another shot at another time of day, and they still were out of certain menu items. I don’t know if this is a management issue, or supply issue but it really needs to be addressed because it’s pretty annoying waiting to get something and half the menu is unavailable for whatever reason consistently. They also need to work on their customer service because it is lacking in that area as well. Overall potential for a great place, just needs some work and be prepared to not get what you have in mind and have a backup plan.
