Isla made us have a great visit! She was very kind, patient, and nice to talk to. Our drinks were brought to us pretty quickly and they didn't mind when we decided to add one more drink after we had already ordered two. 💙. She was willing to help make suggestions on drinks when I asked her, and it was very cute that she was excited to talk about her nails when we asked about them. Some places would have scoffed if we had asked them to add another thing after we had already ordered, but she had absolutely no problem.

PLEASE LABEL THE DRINKS! Im a pregnant diabetic and keep getting the wrong drink. I end up not getting to drink it all because I can't risk it being wrong. They've definitely mixed up almond milk and oatmilk before....ya big difference in carbs there yall!

Everyone was so friendly. Eager to help if you have questions, and they move very quick. I love this location, but would love one in Anna, TX!!! During the squishy event!!! Even though that was a stressful day with very long lines, they stayed positive and very energetic through it all!

I really like 7 Brew in general, but I don't think I will go to this location again. The lines are terrible! I waited in the drive thru last week for over 15min for ONE drink. I was going to go again today, but the line was even longer than when I waited last week, so I parked and tried to walk up, and was told they would not do any walk up orders. Another woman was trying to do the same thing. We ended up speaking for a couple minutes, and both expressed our frustration with not allowing walk up orders, and we both left without buying coffee. We DID talk about there being another location opening soon, and I will drive further to the new one where I can get better service. She felt the same. I don't know how many coffees the other lady was buying, but I had intended on buying 4 coffees for our family, and instead left without buying anything, and more than likely will never be back.

I’ve been waiting in line for more than 30 minutes, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. As soon as I pulled into my line, my order was taken, but my line barely moved while the other line continued getting shorter and shorter. My drinks were ordered about 25 minutes ago, so you would think the employees would have started handing them out rather than letting customers continue waiting. I would have left a long time ago if I weren’t stuck in the line with no way to get out. I will say that the drinks here are well-crafted, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, good drinks don’t make up for waiting more than 30 minutes for coffee. I’m still sitting in line while the other line continues to move. The service here seriously needs to improve because this is absolutely ridiculous.
