    Some of the staff are nice. The new sconic POS technology is a failure and you have to repeat yourself a lot.

    Here we are again with another disappointing order from the local sonic. How do you send a bacon cheeseburger out with no bacon? Its literally the first word in the name . At first we thought it was the employees but after years of disappointing product from this establishment its very obviously the management. The only thing thats been consistent is the poor training and lack of pride in the product this problem is much deeper than the poor employees at this point Do better sonic
