  I ordered a burger a number one, and i clearly told them no tomatoes no onions no pickles or mustard, but guess what they didn’t listen and put them in anyway, I also ordered a summer peach drink but they gave me the summer peach shake. Such bad service there and not to mention they don’t even speak Spanish like my mom was the one who was ordering it and they didn’t understand. I really don’t recommend this place for their bad service and messing up our order.

  man, whoever julia is has an UGLY attitude. this is the 2nd time my orders been messed up, its NOT even the mistakes that bother me, mistakes happen, but when i call to let them know “hey you guys got my burger wrong” or just now “hey you guys didnt give me a drink” absolutely ZEROOO accountability or apology for the inconvenience or anything. just, “ok.”…… so, can i go get a new one later? “yes”….. alright thanks. its almost like im bothering them for messing up what i pay for. very strange. ill just stop coming to this whataburger, more like whatashame.

  Food is always a hit or miss. We always go here but the last few months they have started to go down hill. Food doesn't always come out the way you order it, they do it their way regardless of how you order the food. Fries are never fresh and always look old and brown. Meat is not even seasoned and like I mentioned, they don't customize it how you like it. Customer service is rude. Manager included. You can be the only car in curbside and they still take 20 minutes. Always have to walk in and sometimes the order is just sitting there or they tell you things like "you're not the only order we are working on" when they take so long. Other whataburger locations are good. Fresh food and friendly service. Get it together whataburger. Your customers are the reason you have a job. I think some forgot how Customer service works.

  Used to be a great Whataburger. I don’t know what happened, but as of July 26, 2026, the service has been terrible. It’s like the staff forgot their manners. Hope things could be like before.

  I am upset that the older woman that took my order made the decision to not give me what I ordered. I told her 3 times I wanted a large order of onion rings and she gave me a medium. I told her I didn’t want the drink she still gave it to me. And it’s not that she didn’t understand she chose not to give me what I wanted!!!!
