    1. Need more chip variety 2. Menu is a bit complicated maybe put arrows to show there’s more to the menu 3. Offer non spicy cheese for the nachos 4. Maybe bottle drinks should be by the chips area because manager on site wasn’t aware of the bottle drinks Other than that food was good prepped pretty quick 😋

Exceptional Food, Outstanding Service! My family and I are huge fans of True Texas BBQ! The food is consistently incredible, but what truly sets this location apart is the phenomenal staff. John, Ramos, and the entire team go above and beyond every single time. They’ve been beyond helpful and friendly, taking my meal planning to an exquisite level. In a time when finding a genuinely welcoming smile can be rare, this team shines. They make every visit a joy. Highly, highly recommended!

When they handed my a brown bag containging a brisket sandwich I immediately thoughy they forget to put in the bag. The BBQ sauce condiemtn they give me weighed more than the brisket sandwich. Never again

I ordered a lean brisket sandwich from kiosk. 9.99. Sandwich had burn rub and aftermath flavor was bitter. 1.50 for add-on onions. No drink, no sides total 12.44. Honestly, I had better sandwiches and was looking forward to HEBs being my first time. Likewise, A customer had a question and was ignored by the chef. Lady dispensing at pickup was friendly.
